Cosmo hurriedly ran out the warehouse. He couldn't cry now, he almost completely forgot about Razzle! While he was crying Razzle managed to sneak up on him and almost attack him but he was quickly stopped by Sprout who pushed him to the side just before Razzle tried the strangle trick again. But even though Razzle had lost him there was still a problem, someone wanted to come with him back to the group. He was so exhausted and mentally drained he didn't even see Teagan in the corner eyeing him down.

After they got back up he felt extremely dizzy, he could barely even breathe because of how fast he was breathing. Who was even safe anymore? He didn't even want to trust his group anymore. When would all of this end-

"COSMO!" Tisha ran up to him brought him into a hug, her worry slightly going away. "Are you ok? Me and Astro were worried sick about you, we thought you weren't gonna make it back up!" Cosmo pulled out of the hug with tears running , clearly having some sort of panic attack. "No...no I don't think i am Razzle almost killed me, he LIED to me to kill me Tisha! HOW AM I SUPPOSED EVEN TRUST ANYONE IF NOT EVEN SURE IF THERE SAFE OR NOT!!" Tisha zImmediately ran to his side comforting the poor brownie, but her efforts were of no help. He was shaking and crying, completely unable to move. Tisha was freaking out until... she had a idea. She rushed to the once shared room of Cosmo and Sprout and opened the door looking around for something, A sprout plush! This for sure could help the saddened Pastry!

Once reaching the place where he was she handed him the plushie to which he immediately buried his face into as he hugged it, not caring about the tears getting all over the plushie as he sobbed. Tisha pat him on the back a little, watching as the tears slowly stopped and his breathing came to a healthy speed. "It's alright... let it all out. Your emotions are valid and you don't need to bottle them away." Finally then Cosmo lifted up his head, showing his tears that stained his cheeks and hurting eyes. He looked like he hadn't sleep in days!

"Sorry for um....that.." Cosmo nervously hugged his plushie tighter, he felt guilty for hogging all the attention when others could probably need it. "Nono it's okay dear, Now let's wipe those tears alright?" Tisha grabbed a tissue and wiped up his tears seeing as he was probably weak from all the crying. "Feeling better now?" Tisha smiled softly. "Mhm.." Cosmo weakly nodded and smiled.

Astro seemed curious about something, looking down he asked, "Hey Cosmo, did you find anything that seemed interesting down there... other than razzle?" Cosmo sighed. "Yes, I saw Sprout.. he should have attack me but instead he kept begging me to stay with him, I think that certain twisteds might be able to resist to instinct to kill or a bit. I mean Razzle did try to trick me instead of just killing me right away."

Tisha hesitated, glancing down the hallway as though half expecting someone to appear. "You think the infection is making them... aware? Like it's not just mindless aggression? Seeing as you said Sprout didn't attack you."

"Maybe." Cosmos gaze drifted to the shadows. "It's like it's feeding off who they were and twisting it into something worse. It's them, but it isn't. It's terrible.." Astro walked up to the two."Did you hear anyone talk about ichor before? I mean there has to be someone who knows."

"Now that you mention it... yeah. When I was talking with Shelly a week or two ago she mentioned something about those machines, She talked about how after she'd messed with it she collected some so she research it more. Last I remember she talked with Brightney afterwards." Cosmo sat for a second trying to remember more but it was quickly interrupted by Tisha. "So we go find her and ask for some answers then? Shouldn't be too hard." She smiled, truly believing it would be that easy.

"There's one SLIGHT problem, Shellys been missing for awhile. I haven't seen her at all!" Tisha stopped smiling. "Not one bit? Not even like a trace of her?" Cosmo crossed his arms. "No! That's why I've been looking when I go on short runs."

She slumped down defeated for a second before a lightbulb went off in her head. "Oh! We can just ask Brightney, I'm sure she'd love to help us!" Astro adjusted his cloak, "You know she doesn't like visitors Tisha, she's been like ever since she saw Vee." Cosmo began to stand up. "Well... I can at least maybe try to talk to her through the door or ask to be let in." Tisha dusted herself off, "Yeah, good luck Cosmo!" The two waved to Cosmo as he left.

The three completely missed Teagan hiding in the shadows, waiting for the perfect time to make an appearance.

SORRY IF THIS WAS A BIT SHORT!! I've been a little burned out so it's been hard but expect updates sooner seeing as I'm writing a plot for this now lol
