Aiah's POV
Seven years ago, I saw a black-haired girl eyeing at us while me and my sister was talking. Kung titingnan mo ito, mukha siyang may lahi sa sobrang glass skin niya. She was has this chubby cheeks and was wearing braces yet, attractive. Others may call it nerdy but I find her cute. She has this attractive set of eye, 'yon bang sa unang tingin ay nakaka-intimidate talaga.
She was talking to two skinny morena girls na sa tingin ko ay ka-edad niya rin lang. Mga kaibigan niya ang mga ito, sigurado ako. Because when she's talking to them, she will smile a bit tapos kapag nasa ibang direction naman ang mga mata niya, nakasimangot lang siya o hindi kaya'y nakapoker face lang.
I haven't seen her before. She looked young to be my senior so she must be one of those Grade 7 transferees.
"Ate, are you still with me?" My younger sister asked.
"Ha?" I mindlessly replied.
Stacey rolled her eyes, a habit whenever she's annoyed. Malamang nakuha ko na naman ang inis niya dahil ayaw na ayaw niyang walang nagpi-pay attention sa sinasabi niya. "Of course you weren't listening."
I smiled at her. I love my sister so much. She's my best friend and she's the only person closest to my heart, bukod sa lolo at lola ko. "Sorry, what was that?"
"Gosh, ate! Mom and Dad just went back from Thailand, they wanted us to have a dinner. Susunduin daw nila tayo." she said at bahagyang napatingin sa shed. "Damn, she's so annoying. Andito na naman siya." she continued.
"Who?" I asked curiously.
"That transferee. She is my classmate tapos sabi niya sa akin crush niya raw ako. But nerds aren't my type, Ate." she said, halata sa boses niya ang pagka-inis.
"Mag-aral ka muna." I reminded her.
"Yeah, right. And if ever man na I'm ready na to have a girlfriend or boyfriend, I won't choose her naman. She's really not my type." she told me.
