The Wings I Lost For You

The Cage

Sunoo's pov:
Guards holding me from either side of my arms, locked me in place, making my legs only useful. Everything was stone, it looked like the prison was made out of the same thing all throughout. The ceiling was quite high, I was surprised there wasn't a second floor. It felt like an eternity getting to my cage, all the guards and prisoners looked at me like I was some weird creature. They had dark hair, black fluffy wings and the guards wore suits while the prisoners looked like they haven't changed in forever, wearing old raggedy clothes. We had some differences, I had blond fluffy hair, white fluffy wings and a tail. Still wearing my white t-shirt and white pants. Like a devil or angel. All the guards looked so buff, old, scary and eager to kill someone. As I got to my cage, I saw a guard that looked much younger.. I would say around 18 like me, he didn't look that buff, he looked really handsome. I was charmed by his beauty, but I remembered that he could be just like the other guards. Suddenly I snap out of it, remembering that I'm a boy.. he won't like me and I wouldn't stand a chance. Once we got in front of the cage, I noticed it was bigger than the other cages I saw. They suddenly opened the door and just pushed me in there! I seriously could've got hurt because of how hard they pushed me onto the solid, rock-hard floor. "That hurt!!" I said, but the guards just rolled their eyes and locked me in, and leaving after. I look up to see the guard that was different, he was staring at me like I was some weird creature, so I stared at him back! "What are you looking at?!"

Sunghoon's pov:
It wasn't my first day on the job as a guard. Recently the prisoner I guarded got executed, I felt bad but they weren't nice to me so I didn't think much of it. The "higher-up" guards told me to guard this new cage. When I went to check it out, it was much bigger than the other cages. It was recently built as before it was never there. It was quite far from the rest of the cages. I was quite worried to see who this creature, person or whatever it was going to be. As I was waiting around I saw someone, he had blond fluffy hair, and wings like us but they were white. He looked like he was glowing.. like an angel who fell from the sky. He looked quite cute.. I don't really know how to explain it. It's like I could have a soft spot for him. Though I was flustered on the inside, my expression was blank and calm, hiding all my feelings. I glanced over at the guards who opened up the cage, and threw him in, I was shocked on how careless they were. But knowing that they don't care, I didn't say anything. I did notice him saying it hurt, so I stared at him trying to figure out where it did. He said, "What are you looking at?!" And I went out of my trance and shook my head.
