weeping softly jacob sat on the floor, the pool of blood surrounding him .

he knew this situation all to well, it was another miscarriage .

his third miscarriage technically, he couldn't understand why this was happening .

wiping the corners of his mouth, he stood up getting into the shower .

placing his hand on his belly, that was his daughters home till four months .

rinsing off the soap, he stepped into a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie .

getting into his car, and driving to the hospital .

the smiling receptionist soon frowned knowing jacob's checkup wasn't till next week .

" hello jacob what's wrong ?" she asked standing up

leaving around from her desk, and taking him to the back .

" it happened again brittany ." he said sucking in a few tears

pulling him into a hug, he cried on her shoulder .

not only was brittany jacob's nurse, but she was his bestfriend .

it hurted her to see her bestfriend hurt, knowing he's been trying for a baby .

and she had one made her feel bad, since they had planned to have them together .

but she did and jacob didn't .

" we'll go get change, i'll call in the doctor ." she said handing jacob the gown

he walked into the room, stripping out of his clothing .

staring at the small line, just above his area .

tossing on the gown and cap, he sat on edge of the bed .

a light knock on the door, and it opening didn't phase him .

keeping his head down, knowing it was doctor campbell .

" hello jacob, im gonna be your doctor for the day ."

lifting his head up, a pair of light brown eyes rested upon his face .

" your not doctor campbell ." jacob stated looking the man up and down

dressed in all black scrubs, black & white nike free runners, white lab coat, with a theseascope around his neck .

chuckling a little before sitting down, on a rolling stool .

" your right because of personal issues, i was transferred over here to fill his position ."

showing off his white teeth and special pair of fangs .

examine his features, his rich creamy complexion and muscular arms turned jacob on more .

" im gonna let a nurse come in and prep you, im sorry for your loss ."

jacob nodded biting his lips .

" god is gonna send you a blessing when you least expect it, don't stop praying ." he smiled rubbing jacob's back

heading for the door, jacob stopped him .

" yes jacob ?"

" what's your name ?"

" doctor august ."

he smiled exiting the room, leaving jacob to sulk in his imagination .
