Chapter 2: The Den

I wake up in a strange place. I'm laying down in a blue hammock with lots of blankets on my body and pillows under my head. For a second there, I forgot I fell asleep in the woods. But after thinking about the very suspicious, hand or paw or whatever that thing was that came from the bushes, I immediately throw all the blankets off of me and stand up. My ankle is completely healed. I turn and look around the room. It was about a 15 by 15 room. All the walls are made of rock and it kind of looks like I'm in some kind of cave place that must have been prepared before.

I begin to walk around to see where I am and I notice that there is a wooden door at the other end but there are no windows anywhere. They only reason I was able to see anything is because there were torches lit all around the room. There seems to be some kind of prison like feeling about this place. There's a huge carpet on the floor and a small closet-shaped hole in the wall. I search some more and I found some empty crates, an empty dresser and a small bin that was filled with many different fruits and vegetables that just made my stomach cry on its sight.

I instantly started grabbing the fruits and vegetables and devouring them. Apple after Apple,carrot after carrot and orange after orange. I can't even describe how happy I was to finally get something other than water in my stomach. I was midway through the bin when somebody burst through the door. It was a 5'7" caucasian boy. He looked my age and he had dark brown hair that was cut into a fo hawk. He was wearing these dark blue, baggy, jean shorts that had one of that little chain on the side. He was also wearing a green sleeveless zip hoodie over a white t-shirt.

"You're finally up huh?!Come meet me out here after your finished with....well ya know." The boy said as he motioned his hand towards my mouth. So I chewed the food in my mouth, grabbed an extra apple and went out the door.

"Great! Now we can start the tour."Said a girl who popped up next to the boy.
"The name is Seth by the way." Said the boy.
" I'm Nikki. It's nice to meet you!"Said the girl.This is our home! We call it 'The Den'." The girl said.
She was a caucasian girl with blonde, wavy hair that went down to her breast, which were twice as big as my size B breast. She was wearing a yellow crop top that showed her whole stomach, and some very tight, white leggings, that I can definitely say, showed off her...curves. She was 5'5 and she had the face of a 16 year old but the body of a 23 year old. To tell you the truth, when I first saw her, she kind of intimidated me.

"Liz." I said to them.
"Cool name! I like that!And that top you are wearing looks beautiful on you!"Said Nikki. I smiled as I looked down at my black, long sleeved, crop top that I loved.
"Come on. We'll show you around." She said. We were in a 10 feet wide hallway with lots of doors on each sides that looked similar to the door of the room I was in. I followed Nikki and Seth as they walk past 3 or 4 doors before we stopped.
"So obviously these are the bedrooms. Seth's is down farther, but mine is right here. You can come hang out at anytime." She said with a beautiful white smile. I smiled back but was kind of confused about what was going on. We kept walking until we got to the end of the hallway, where there was a bigger door that said 'Caution' on the door.
"Haha, that's the bathroom!"Said Seth.
There was an big archway carved in the rock wall.When we walked through the archway, I was amazed to see a big, long table in the middle of a huge room. We didn't stop to look but I think I counted 10 chairs. It was pretty obvious that this was the dining room. After passing through that room, I didn't know what to expect next.

Seth opened another door and and motioned for me to go first. I thanked him as Nikki and I went in before him. It was another room with no windows and as you walk along the wall, you can see curtains covering the six or seven shower stalls. Past the shower stalls was a medical station. There were a few hospital beds, desks filled with potions, and cabinets filled with pills and antidotes.

"That's where we fixed you up." Nikki said as she pointed to a bed. After that, Nikki and Seth showed me a few more rooms like the storage room, the sports equipment room, and the handheld weapons room. Finally, Nikki told me we were going to 'explore your new home' and I couldn't figure out what was happening. She walked me to the top of the rocky stairs and at the top was a huge opening into the woods. It could probably fit an SUV under the top. And it's wide enough that it could probably fit a crop duster plane in it.

"Ok. Now go out and find some food!" Nikki said to me.
"Excuse me? You want me to go find my own food? Like...berries and stuff?!?" I said nervously.
"That or...ya know...some meat."She replied.
"What?!? H-how can I do that?!" I asked.
"Go out there and find something you want, and when your ready for it, reach into your back pocket and you'll know what to do next. Be sure to bring your food back...unless your okay with eating it right there. Good luck!" Nikki said.
"We know you'll do great!" Said Seth. They both turned around and headed back into the Den, leaving me alone and confused. So I start to walk outside and I take all my movements slowly. I walk around and stay low to see if I can find anything. I hear a noise nearby so I try my best to keep quiet but get close to it at the same time. I bend down under a rock so I'm not seen by my catch.

I peek my head over the rock and I see that it's a wild hog. I remember what Nikki said and so I reach into the back pocket of my hot pink jean shorts and I pull out a pocket knife with an about 4 1/2 inch blade. I flip the blade upside down and get ready to strike. I close my eyes and tell myself 'do it! Do it! Do it!!" The hog is facing the other way, so I get up and I start to charge.

I had the knife up high, ready to plunge, and then...out of nowhere, a huge beast snatched up the hog in its mouth. I was amazed and frightened at the same time. I instantly dropped the knife in fear and froze in my tracks. The beast looked like a werewolf. Grey and white fur, long claws, and viciously sharp teeth. It kept its hands on the ground like a gorilla, reaching about 8 feet tall, 5 feet wide. It dug its teeth into the side of the hog. I closed my eyes and turned my head away as the werewolf made the hog squeal. Blood flew everywhere as the werewolf dropped the hog on the ground. The werewolf turned its head towards me. It's big yellow eyes gave me chills.

I turn around and start sprinting as fast as I can. I felt like the Flash...even though I wasn't running that fast due to the fact I was wearing black and white slip ons. I couldn't help but want to look back but I knew if I did, the monster would probably catch me. I finally reach the Den and I yell for Nikki. I turned around to check if the werewolf was still chasing me, but I don't even think it was following me at all. Nikki arrived fairly quickly.

"How'd it go? Did you get something?" Asked Nikki.
"No! I was about kill a hog, but then some huge wolf-beast-man thing came and demolished it! I think it was chasing after me!" I responded.
"I think I'm gonna be sick." I say to Nikki.
"Funny. Lets go inside and I'll explain everything." Said Nikki. She brought me to the big dining room.
"Stand back." She said. She goes into a very large open space.

"What are you doing?!?" I asked.
What happened next might not even be believable. Nikki started to shake very fast as more hair began to grow all over her. She began to grow huge, hairy and vicious like the blonde version of the beast I saw outside the Den. After a few seconds after her transformation, I realized...she was a werewolf too. I'm scared now. But what almost made me crap my pants like a baby, was when she put her snout into the air opened her mouth and howled. A few seconds later, 3 more werewolves came out of the bedrooms, 2 more came out of the showers, and 1 came from the storage room, 2 came from the sports room, and finally, the big grey 1 from outside came into the Den's entrance.

I was surrounded by 10 werewolves.
