"About what?" Lingling asked.
"Ughhhhh! I can't do this!" Orm said, absolutely annoyed
"Can't do what??"
"Are you coming over?" Orm asked, impatiently.
"Not tonight babe, I've still got some work to finish once I'm home. Rain check?" Lingling asked
Orm was silent on the other side. For a moment Lingling was scared Orm was crying,
"Orm?" Lingling asked.
"Just because you don't like making a deal out of birthdays doesn't mean I don't too! I actually like the idea of bringing in my birthday Lingling! And I can't believe you of all people have been so insensitive to the signs I've been throwing for weeks now!" Orm said in one breath
"Babe..."
"Don't babe me. I don't wanna talk to you" Orm said, livid.
"Okay... ummm... do you need space?" Lingling asked
"Fuck this." Orm said and cut the call. Lingling felt horrible. But she had to do this, as much as it was affecting Orm, she needed to execute her plan this way.

At exactly 11.45 pm Orm called View, she was slightly buzzed on the wine, and decided she was no longer gonna wait for someone else to make this night special for her. Even though she would have liked for Lingling to care enough about it.
"View, hey I know it's a little late... but... you wanna head out for some drinks? Maybe some dancing too" Orm asked her
"Yea sure... I actually know of a place that's open until 5 am. Wanna get shitfaced for your birthday??!" View asked, excitedly.
"Yes please. Finally. Someone who understands that I actually WANT to celebrate"
"Okay okay. Get dressed up. I'll come get you at 12.15 am?"
"Done" Orm replied already getting up from the couch to go find a hot outfit and start with her make up.
