singing birds woke me up from my peaceful sleep, my eyes slowly fluttering open.Despite the rest I got, my body still felt extremely exhausted, my body sore and my head aching.
Satoru was lying on his stomach, his arms tucked under his pillow as my arms managed to be sprawled over his back with my head resting directly on it.
I heard quiet shuffling, and the shutter of a camera clicking. Before I could react, Satoru had already thrown his pillow towards the door, the feather stuffed fabric flying like a baseball at a stadium.
Despite the speed, Suguru caught it with ease, throwing it back almost hitting me until Satoru reached his arm out in front of my lifted face, stopping it.
"Bastard." Satoru huffed, flopping his head back down onto the mattress earning a chuckle from Suguru.
I gave Shoko a death glare, causing her to give a cheeky smile back in return, making me huff.
Quietly, I slipped out of bed, making my way to the kitchen. "Will you make that really good breakfast stuff again?" I sent a pouted lip out to Suguru as I turned on the coffee pot.
The man shook his head, chuckling, "The tamagoyaki and salmon?" He asked, to which I nodded.
I pulled out a mug from the cupboard, setting it in the spot below the dispenser, "Pleaseeeee!" I drug out my words, trying my best to persuade him.
"It's only fair after throwing that shit at us last night." Shoko grinned, leaning against the counter.
The coffee finished dispensing into my cup and I went to add a hint of cream and sugar into it, "Fine, I guess I owe you that much." He gave in, grabbing the frying pan as Shoko and I smiled at each other.
"What's going on?" Satoru asked as he walked into the kitchen, leaning forward against the island.
"Suguru's making us breakfast!" I grinned, taking a sip of my coffee.
The caffeine would probably only pain my headache further, but I needed the energy to get through the day.
Satoru only hummed, an amused grin tugging at his lips before relaxing back to its normal expression, "How do you feel?" He asked me.
I shrugged, "A little better I guess." I chewed the inside of my cheek, staring into my coffee before returning my gaze back to Satoru, "Are you sure I can't take my exam? I can still make it on time, I've studied all week for it!" It didn't feel right missing an important test.
"No." He stated simply, making me huff in disappointment.
"What if you come with me?"
"Still no."
"Okay, what if I snuck out without you knowing?"
"I won't hesitate to render you unconscious."
"You're no fair." I pouted, leaving to sit on the couch next to Shoko.
