"Okay, shh," I say, interrupting the loud chatter between the people in the room. The room immediately gets silent except for Niall's loud mouth.
I walk over and slap him on the back of the head.
"Owie" Niall mutters, rubbing where I just hit him.
"I'm going to get Liam, so you need to be quiet until he gets out here."
Niall nods and salutes me. I look around the room to make sure everything and everyone is in place.
"Remember, whenever you see me and Liam come out of the room, everyone needs to yell 'surprise.!"
"Yeah, we got it, Zayn," Aurora says and jokingly rolls her eyes. "Just go get him already."
"Who is this girl again?" Shawn says, pointing at Aurora.
Aurora turns to glare at him. "I can assure you that calling a female 'this girl' is guaranteed to get you no bitches."
Shawn raises his eyebrows and throws his hands up in surrender while Niall is dying of laughter at Aurora's comment.
"Harry, I thought you said that was a no-no word." Olivia mutters cutely from her spot on the couch.
Harry is sitting right next to her and glances at Aurora since she was the one to use a curse word in front of the child. Aurora looks unbothered. Harry quickly looks back down to Olivia, but with a little red tint on his cheeks.
Oh...that's definitely interesting.
"Adults are allowed to say it," Harry says with a smile and boops Olivia's nose. "But you aren't an adult, so it's a bad word for you."
Olivia giggles, "Okay, Hazzy."
"Aw, Hazzy...that's such a cute nickname,"
Lia's bubbly voice says.
She jumps up from her barstool and kneels in front of Olivia.
"I'm Lia," she says happily. "What's your name?"
Olivia buries her face in Harry's shoulder but still responds quietly. "Olivia."
"Oh my gosh! That's such a pretty name. Do you mind if I sit next to you?" Lia asks.
She shyly shakes her head. Lia plops down next to her.
"Do you like kids?" Louis questions quietly from his spot on the other couch.
"I love them so much!" Lia exclaims, and Olivia giggles next to her.
"Wow, can't relate," Aurora mumbles.
"Yeah, random girl, I agree" Shawn adds, and Aurora glares at him again.
I look back at Harry on the couch and see his eyes still glued to Aurora.
Yep, not subtle at all.
My mom comes from behind me to give me a quick hug and kiss on my cheek.
