"Welcome, Uzui family... "

As soon as Y/n's father said that, her eyes widens and she was about to shot her head up and look at at the people but she realised that she couldn't so she just kept her head down. Everyone stood up and bowed to the said family as a sense of respect and welcome.

"No need for this much formality L/n-san..." Said the same man who came yesterday too, to meet Y/n but this time she could recognise the voice very clearly. How can someone forget this voice once someone heard it? This voice is none other than belonged to...

After everyone sat back to the tatami floor, Y/n sat between her mom and dad, her brother stood behind them, the Uzui family sat in front of the L/n family, a small tea table between them.

Her father and the man with whom she was about to get married soon, started to discuss further things about the marriage. Y/n just gave small nods/hums/yes or no's/short phases, etc., as response to them.

Then we made our way outside the backyard of the estate. The backyard had a small pond of koi fish with some rocks decorating its boundary. We had few wisteria trees outside the boundaries of our estate, the backside of the estate had few wisteria trees. Two sakura trees were also there at the either sides of the fish pond as a natural decoration. In short, the backyard of the estate was both breathtaking and relaxing.
