Sophie, dressed in a stunning black dress and a matching black mask, stood ready to embark on her journey to Russia. The anticipation and uncertainty of what lay ahead filled her with both excitement and apprehension. She took a deep breath, steeling herself for what was to come.

Sophie: (thinking) "This is it. I have to find Leo and confront the truth, no matter what happens."

With her determination unwavering, Sophie boarded the flight to Russia, her mind racing with thoughts of the masquerade party and the possibility of seeing Leo again. The path ahead was uncertain, but she knew that she had to follow her heart and face whatever challenges came her way.

As the plane took off, Sophie felt a mix of emotions—hope, fear, and longing. She knew that this journey could change everything, and she was ready to face the unknown.

Meanwhile, in Russia, Leo was preparing for the masquerade party. He grumbled to himself, feeling a sense of annoyance.

Leo: "Why do I have to go to this masquerade party? It's so fucking boring."

His assistant, noticing his reluctance, tried to offer some encouragement.

Assistant: "Mr. De Luca, attending these events is important for maintaining alliances and appearances. You never know, you might find it more interesting than you expect."

Leo sighed, knowing that his assistant was right. Despite his frustration, he had to maintain his presence and ensure that his position remained strong.

Leo: "Fine. Let's get this over with."

As he donned his mask and prepared to leave, Leo couldn't shake off the feeling that this night might hold more significance than he anticipated. Little did he know that Sophie was on her way to the same event, determined to find him and uncover the truth.

As Leo entered the lavishly decorated hall of the masquerade party, he couldn't help but feel a sense of annoyance. The room was filled with people in elaborate masks, and he felt out of place in the midst of the extravagance.

He turned to a nearby guest, Park, who seemed equally disinterested in the festivities.

Leo: "So, who are you, and why do I need to wear this stupid mask?"

Park chuckled, sensing Leo's frustration.

Park: "It's all part of the masquerade, my friend. , by the way. These events are supposed to be mysterious and thrilling, but I agree, sometimes it just feels like a hassle."

Leo sighed, still feeling the weight of the mask on his face.

Leo: "Yeah, well, let's just get through this night. Maybe there'll be something worthwhile."

Sophie entered the grand hall of the masquerade party, her heart pounding with anticipation. The sea of masked faces made it difficult to navigate, but her eyes were drawn to one figure in particular. She recognized Leo almost immediately, even through the mask.

She wanted to run to him, to call out his name, but something held her back. Instead, she found a quiet corner where she could sit and watch him from a distance. Her eyes filled with tears as she took in the sight of him, the emotions of the past two years flooding back.

Sophie: (thinking) "Leo... I'm so close, but it feels like we're worlds apart."

As she sat there, the hope and sadness intertwined, she couldn't help but cry silently. The weight of her longing and the fear of what might happen kept her rooted in place. She knew she needed to gather the courage to approach him, but for now, she allowed herself to just feel the presence of the man she had been searching for.
