Krishna stared at Guru Baba, struggling to comprehend the enormity of what he'd just heard. The "Lucy Verse"-a place he had somehow created, a realm where everything he'd dreamed was real. And now, it was pulling him in.
Radhika held his hand tightly, grounding him in the reality they shared, yet her grip was trembling. "Krishna," she whispered, "how is any of this even possible? It's like... you're a god of another universe?"
Guru Baba looked at them with a solemn expression. "Not a god, but the creator, yes. The Lucy Verse is a reflection of your thoughts, your fears, your desires-all brought to life by a rare and powerful force triggered in your lucid dream. But now, that world has begun to seep into this one because you woke up and didn't finish your lucid dream. The balance must be restored."
Krishna took a shaky breath. "So, if I go back into the Lucy Verse, what will happen to this world?"
Guru Baba's gaze was unwavering. "The only way to protect this world is to close the cracks by finishing what you started. You must confront Agira and reclaim the Red Crystal. Only then can the Lucy Verse return to its dormant state, sealed away from Earth."
Radhika looked between the two men, her face pale but resolute. "Then I'm coming with you."
Krishna turned to her, his face shadowed with worry. "Radhika, you don't have to do this. This whole thing-it's my responsibility."
Radhika said firmly, "It's not just your responsibility! It's our responsibility!"
Krishna felt a mix of happiness and worry; he was glad Radhika was with him but troubled by the potential dangers she'd now face.
Guru Baba spoke, "The lucid dream you created two days ago is about to become reality tomorrow!" Krishna and Radhika were stunned. Guru Baba continued, "As Krishna's dream begins, people will start to disappear. Only Radhika and a few others you envisioned will remain. They'll join you and become your allies."
Krishna, trying to make sense of it all, asked, "Who are these people?"
Guru Baba smiled mysteriously. "You'll meet them soon. But first, you both need to come with me."
"Where?" Krishna and Radhika asked in unison.
Guru Baba raised his hand, and as he did, a crack appeared around him, opening a portal that filled Krishna with a familiar, uncanny sensation. Guru Baba declared, "Into the Lucyverse!"
A chill ran down Krishna's spine. Sensing his apprehension, Radhika squeezed his hand, reminding him he wasn't alone. Krishna glanced at her and felt a wave of relief.
Suddenly, Krishna spoke up, "But what about our families? They'll worry if we disappear. They'll desperately try to find us!"
Guru Baba replied calmly, "You won't disappear at all." Krishna and Radhika exchanged puzzled looks, trying to understand.
Guru Baba pointed toward the terrace door, saying, "Look."
They turned to see another Krishna and Radhika walking down the stairs, heading home, mirroring their exact actions. Shocked, Radhika asked, "How is this possible? Who are they? They look just like us!"
Guru Baba nodded, smiling. "They are Krishna and Radhika, your clones. They'll act, speak, and live just like you. So rest assured, while you're away, they'll take care of everything. And once you return from the Lucyverse, their memories and experiences will be transferred back to you both!"
Krishna and Radhika exchanged a look, filled with confusion and concern.
"Shall we go?" Guru Baba asked.
Taking a deep breath, Krishna and Radhika stepped into the crack, entering the Lucyverse.
As they arrived in the Lucyverse, Krishna and Radhika found themselves standing on a field of lush, green grass. Gazing upward, they saw an awe-inspiring sight: enormous, diverse breeds of birds soared across the sky, casting vast shadows on the ground below. Floating islands drifted in the sky, each uniquely shaped, some with towering trees that had homes nestled within their branches. Rivers cascaded from these sky islands, flowing gracefully down to the ground below. Around them, animals of all kinds roamed freely-some species they recognized, others entirely new-many unlike any they had seen before.
The landscape was filled with a mix of natural beauty and advanced technology. Towering buildings with futuristic designs glimmered in the distance, surrounded by people of all kinds-and even animals who walked, talked, and lived just like humans.
Krishna and Radhika stood there, mesmerized by the breathtaking beauty and strangeness of it all. Guru Baba chuckled softly and asked, "What's the matter? Shocked to see all of this?"
Both nodded, unable to speak. Guru Baba pointed to Krishna and said, "All of this... it's your creation. It's the work of your imagination."
"Me?" Krishna said, astonished.
Guru Baba smiled. "Yes, you. Every detail-the people, the floating islands, the crystal rivers, even me-you created it all. This is your universe."
Guru Baba said, "Well then, let's go!"
"Go where?" Radhika asked.
"To the palace," Guru Baba replied. Krishna and Radhika exchanged glances, then began following him.
As they walked through the land of the Lucyverse, people watched Krishna and Radhika in awe. Even the "Manimals"-a unique species of animals who could walk, talk, and live just like humans-gathered to catch a glimpse of them as they made their way toward the palace.
Radhika, feeling a bit uncertain, asked, "Guru Baba, why is everyone staring at us?" Krishna added, "And who are these human-like animals?"
Guru Baba explained, "They're seeing you for the first time since your lucid dream. They're just fascinated. And as for those creatures, Krishna, they're called 'Manimals.' They're a species that can move, talk, eat, and live just like humans. The only difference is that they have the bodies of animals."
Krishna and Radhika were both amazed and overwhelmed by the wonders around them.
Before long, they reached the palace, where a towering gate loomed ahead, as large as an apartment building. As they approached, a group of soldiers hurried over and asked, "Guru Baba, who are these people with you?"
Guru Baba gestured toward Krishna and Radhika. "This is Krishna, and this is Radhika."
At his words, the entire Lucyverse seemed to fall silent. A spark of hope and joy lit up in everyone's eyes, and they bowed down, extending their arms in reverence. Krishna and Radhika looked around, astonished by the display.
One of the soldiers, Arjun, spoke up, "At last, you've arrived... Krishna. We've been waiting for you all this time."
Guru Baba nodded. "Let's go inside, Arjun."
Arjun stood up and signaled for everyone else to rise. He then called out to open the gates, which creaked as they swung open.
Krishna and Radhika stood, speechless, taking in the grandeur of the palace's interior.
Guru Baba turned to them and said, "Come, everyone is waiting for you."
