She brought out her as she dialed his number. It rang a couple of times before he finally spoke "Yes"

"I'm done for today...are you free enough to come pick me up" Eliora asked as she looked over at Ella making sure that she was ease dropping. "Sure...I'll be there soon" he said immediately ending the call from his side "Hello" she repeated as the peep echoed in her ears. She didn't get to tell him her location.

She tried calling him multiple times again but he wasn't picking up. "What's wrong" Ella asked as she looked over Eliora's shoulder "I'm trying to call him back but he's not picking up...I didn't get to tell him where we are"

"Relax...he's probably just driving...once he gets to the apartment and notice you're not there he'll call" Ella assured placing her hand on her shoulder. "Yeah you're right" she replied with a sigh.

"There's a food cart... let's go get something to eat" Ella said as she took Eliora's hand and dragged her over to the food cart "What should we get then" Eliora said as her eyes scanned the menu on the food truck.

"We'll have two burgers and fries with...sodas please" Ella said to the person in the window before they both headed to a round tabke with chairs set up by the cart apparently.

Eliora anxiously tapped her phone still expecting Xildan's call but still nothing "you're worrying too much" Ella stated as she brought over their over "he'll call...you overthink too much"

"Thanks" she replied as she took her own tray of food. Minutes passed as they ate and chatted her mind still filled with worry hoping nothing bad happened to him.

A honk of a car snapped her back to reality turning to face the noise. It was Xildan's car.
"Finally" she spoke as she gathered her things and practically ran to his car as Ella followed behind her.

"How did you know where i was" she asked as he rolled down the window "Your necklace" he just simply stated still not giving her enough answer "meaning"

"Your necklace has a tracker" her eyes widened in shock as the words registered in her mind "how...why"

"At the beginning of our deal...I assumed you might try to run away after being payed so incase you did...I could always find you"

I mean it did make sense but she didn't know if she should be scared ir impressed but anyway it was effective "that's enough about that...get in let me get a closer look at you" his words sinking directly in her heart as she looked back at Ella before stepping into the car.

Xildan leaned back against the car seat, admiring her new hairstyle as she got in. A soft smile tugged at the corners of his mouth as he took in her appearance – her short braids framing her face in a flattering way, making her look even more beautiful than usual.

"You look stunning," he said, his voice betraying a hint of appreciation. "I see the money you spent...was for a pleasant cause" he spoke definitely not noticing Ella standing few inches away.

"Thank you"

"Anyway this is my friend Ella...the one i came to see" Eliora stated as Ella moved closer to the car. Xildan gaze fell on her his eyes scanning her vividly as he hummed in response.

"Get in I can drop you off at your apartment" he ordered his usual stern expression returning as Ella got in the back seat "Thank you" she thanked as she got in the car.

The drive to Ella's apartment was mostly quiet apart from the little snickering between both ladies. After few more minutes the car came to a halt in front of Ella's apartment as she came down the vehicle.

"Thank you for the ride" she thanked again as she came down and waved her friend goodbye.
"Why are you staring at me like that" Eliora asked with a raised eyebrow as he pulled out of the road.

"Just admiring the view...you look absolutely stunning"
"I wish i was bluffing right now" his gaze flickering between the road and her face. Seeing her in something different was like his whole brain had been rebooted.

She looked away "Flattering will get you nowhere" he just grinned without an answer as he looked back at the road.
After a long and torturous ride they made their way into the house the butler standing in the entrance of the living room.

"Is my grandmother at home" Xildan asked and the butler calmly replied "no sir...she stepped out with a few of her friends not long after you exited the house"

Xildan nodded somewhat happy his grandmother wasn't at home "you may leave"

"She should be back anytime soon anyways" Eliora spoke as the butler walked out the door and Xildan turned to face her with a somewhat grin on his face as he stepped closer
"...You look so beautiful I-I-I just can't get myself together" he spoke as he backed her up against the nearest wall his hands on her hip as her breath hooked in her throat.

"You just do something to me...something I can't explain and it drives me so fucking crazy" he said as he tilted her chin to look at him but before she could protest

His lips came crashing unto hers practically sucking the breath out of her lungs his hands wandering her body. Her eyes widened in shock clearly not expecting what was going on she didn't know what to do how to react but it felt good. She liked how ge touched her.

Everyone of his touch sending shivers down her spine his fingers brushing against her skin as he moved his hands underneath her shirt holding onto her back.

With the little bit of resistance in her already crumbling body she pushed him away making him stagger backwards and the next thing he knew she was running up the stairs into her room locking the door behind her as she fell to the floor.

Her heart still raising her head still spinning. What was going on? He just made a move on her, Did she want it? Of course she wanted it as much as she tried to deny it she had actually falling for him.
Falling hard infact.

Then why did she pull away. A soft knock on her room door making her look up to it. "Eliora open the door...we need to speak" his voice calm and apologetic as he is met with no response "Eliora...please let me in...let's talk"

She quietly opened the seeing him his eyes laced with worry and something else...Affection "Can...can i come in" his voice steady yet calm and she just nodded as she moved out of the way.

He stepped in and closed the door behind him "I'm sorry about just now...I couldn't have let my emotions get the better of me" he stated as he moved closer to her but still giving her enough space "the truth is i like you Eliora...so much to the point that i can't hold it anymore"

"I'm sorry if i was to forward...i understand if you don't feel the same..." his statement interrupted as she stretched in to kiss him his hands frozen on both sides of her hip not knowing what to do. She pulled away with a smile.

"I like you too Xildan"
