*BEEP BEEP BEEP* I jump at the noise and rip my alarm clock cord right out of the wall. I groan and sit up, rubbing my face. "6:30 in the freaking morning" I grab a dark blue T-shirt that says "swag" across it in Grey that my mom bought me as a joke for Christmas and grab grey leggings and high boots.
Bookbag in one hand , hairbrush in the other and toothbrush in my mouth I run downstairs. I throw my bag on the couch right as the doorbell rings. "Nice hair" Cole smirks as I open the door. "Ifinnintbushtyaf" "what...?" I run to the bathroom to rinse and spit "I said, I didn't brush it yet" I start pulling the brush through my hair and he holds up a bag "what? You didn't think I'd stay with you you so let me guess you bought handcuffs?" "Actually, I bought us breakfast, but if you want handcuffs we can make a pit stop" he says, throwing me breakfast burrito from McDonald's as I finish up my hair "ready to go?" "Mhmm" we walk outside to a black motorcycle "is THAT what were riding to school?" "Yep" he pulls on some black gloves and hands me a helmate. "Jump on" I sit behind him and wrap my arms around him "please please please be careful" "I always am" he smirks as he reves the engine and we go flying off to school.
We park in the parking lot and I jump off, shaking. "You'll get used to it" he smirks, pulling his gloves under the seat. "So, its 7:13, where to first?" "Biology" I walk in and Jem and Drake both take a side as we walk "who's the ken doll?" Drake smirks "umm, its Cole" Cole replys, trying to get next to me but Drak links elbows with me. "Well, who is 'Cole' then?" "Well-" "guys I'm right here, you ask me" they both ignore him "is he really in our grade Emma? He looks like a senior model" "actually I am in 10th gr-" "yeah, he has like 3 inches over you" Jewl giggles. "Did you do the Biology homework?" I freeze "that's what I forgot, oh my god it was 30 points and-" "done with your name on it" I never know how he does it, but he comes from a family of witches so I don't question it. Drake hands me a paper "3 wrong so no one suspects" "now they will suspect" I laugh "your the best drake" "we'll see you for lunch?" Jewl asks "yeah" "hey uh, does barbie have to come?" "Yes. Barbie has to come because barbie wants to eat with his girlfriend!" Both of them look at me "ditch him, because you have some explaining to do" Drake growls "and its rude to talk about people in front of them" "AHHHH" Cole yells and stomps into Biology where students are already sitting. They all look at him. "And who are you?" I run in after him "I'm Cole, the transfer student" "there is no-" "Check again" he growls, still angry "oh, there you are. You have the same schedule as miss Emma....strange" I sit down and he sits next to me. "I hate your friends" "I hate how you told them" we sit in silence as she drones on about biotic and abiotic factors. As soon as the bell rings, I go for the door. "If this is how the next week is going to go" I think to myself "I'm NOT comming.
After 5 periods going the same way the first did, I was ready for lunch "listen, just let me have lunch alone with them, they deserve at least that" he sighs "finee" I walk over to Drakes car and jump in the back. Immediately jewl and Drake look back at me. "Hey guysss, what's up?" They angrily stair at me "oh, right. Uhh" I clear my throat. "Its hard to explain why, but yeah I'm dating Cole" "but, why?" Jewl asks "I really don't want to explain but-" suddenly the whole car shifts and I watch as the ground starts getting smaller. "Oh my god..." I whisper. ""Emma!?! What is going on?? Why are you so calm?? We're freaking flying!!!!" She's so pale if you dropped her in snow in a white dress you would probably never find her again. I try the windows but they're electric and the while car was drained somehow when it was picked up. No, not somehow. I know how. I smash the window with my elbow and look out, I can see Cole looking around for the car "COLE! HELP!" I scream and I see him look up. I watch him fold his hands together bow his head and dissapear. Then the whole car rocks as he appears next to us and Jewl screams bloody murder. "Heyyy" he smirks "not funny, now just try to explain that to them" he looks jewl in the eye. "You went mentally insain 3 years ago and have been in a coma since. You are legally Insain and this is your dream." Her bottom lip juts out and she starts bawling. She crawls back to me and I hug her. "Smooth" "teleportation is something only the elders and their decedent's can enjoy" "could you please FIX THIS??" I yell at him, as soon as I say it, the whole car starts to drop. We grab onto one another as we smash through the ceiling of a home and come to a stop. "Is everyone ok?" I cough "Jewl?" "I'm alright" "Drake?" "Just peachy" "Cole?" No response "COLE?????" he peeps in from the outside "awwwe, you do care about me" he smiles as he pulls jewl out after Drake crawls out. "Where are we?" "Right now? Probably about to die" Cole says as the huge doubble doors open, and Lucifer walks in. "Well look at that, my son has returned, what did I tell you about bringing animals into the castle?" "Tell that to your gremilin that drug us here" he frowns "why did you leave? Especially why did you leave to be around mortals?" I take a deep breath, if he wanted to kill me, its the perfect time. "I herd you were going to kill her, so I thought thought it was time you met girlfriend" Lucifer stops "what?" "For a year she's been mine, your not getting rid of her" "escort them to the rooms" he calls to a gaurd. "I have someone I want you to meet" he's mean smile spreads across his face "before they ALL are killed" "WHAT?" we all yell, jewl starts crying, Drake turns bright red, but Cole does nothing "you didn't..." He whispers. His father just smiles at him, "have fun, you have 48 hours" they drag us upstairs and into a huge master bedroom where two people turn around. A man with my smile and a woman who looks like an older me. they both f sadly smile at me. "Mom....? Dad...?"
