Chapter 23

AJ's POV
I wake up to the smell of chocolate chip pancakes. Before I go downstairs and eat my beautiful pancakes I go take a shower. I get out of the shower, dry my hair, and curl my hair. Get dressed (picture above) I put on some mascara and lip gloss and head down stairs with my phone. "Happy birthday!" Mom, Megan, and Matthew yell. My eyes go directly to the pancakes with 5 candles in it. I blow them out and rip out the candles and dig in. The doorbell rings and my mom answers it. "Hi, sweetheart! How are you?" "Hi! Great how are you?" DYLAN!! I run over to Dylan with a huge mouth full of pancakes jump up on him and give him a sticky maple syrup kiss. He laughs and try's to wipe up the stickiness. I pull his hand over to the dinner table and my mom gets him some pancakes. "Happy birthday baby girl!" He pecks my lips and devours his pancakes. We both finish and we go out for the day. First off we go to the zoo. We walk hand in hand down the pathway through all the animals. It was a pretty hot day too... smelt like shit.... really, really, bad. I still had really fun. We walk past the bull, I run on the other side of Dylan away from the bull. "What?" "That bull" I say pointing to it standing behind him. "What? Why are you so scared?" "Uuggghhhh, so when I was three I ran up to the bull and was standing there and bitch bull bellowed or whatever, scared me shitless, fell back, and cried for 20 minutes." "Hahahahahahaha!! Awe I'm sorry lets go get something at the little shop and grab a bite somewhere." "Yay!" I flash a huge smile at him. He chucked and on our way to the shop. I got a giraffe stuffed animal and Dylan got a lion stuffed animal. Since it was my birthday he let me decided where to go. I decided to go to a little cafè right down the street from the zoo. We get a pizza to share and I eat half and he eats the other half. "Jeez, I feel so fat!" I say patting my belly. "Same" "Dude, Dylan you have a freaking six-pack!" "Yeah! And you have amazing curves and a rockin body!" I blush and finish up my drink and we go out to the board walk. We play games and get snow cones and many more sugary stuff. Soon it's night time any we are walking the beach. I'm kicking sand as I walk and having it blow back at my legs. It felt like pebbles brushing up against my skin. We stop halfway down the beach where no one is. I hug Dylan and say "Thank you for everything today. You don't know how much I appreciate it." "Your welcome" I bite my lip but can't pull it off like he does. I giggle and pull his lips down to mine. He swipes his tongue across my bottom lip asking for entrance. I gladly accept it. Our tongues fighting for dominance. I give in and let him take over. We head back to my place and we walk up to my room and I find a little puppy on my bed. "Oh my gosh!" I say jumping "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I peck his lips leaving him wanting more. I pick up the puppy and he starts giving me kisses all over the face. "What should we name him?" I say looking deeply in his eyes. "Toby?" "YES!" I show Megan and I have her keep it for the night cause we have some business to do😏.
