And after a month Rimuru finally took the training to a whole another level

Rimuru: 1000 sword swing, 250 pushups, 250 sit-ups, 250 squats and 50 km run, if you do that I'll teach you a secret of mine

Elaine: Wha- that's too much!

Rimuru: Do you want me to only teach you basic swordsmanship?

Elaine: .....

Rimuru: If you don't want it then you better do it, a student of mine back on my mansion do more training than you and she is years younger than you
