Closing the laptop, Ishita gently rotated her neck in clockwise and then in anticlockwise, self assuring that she is still alive amidst the bone tiring schedule . It wasn't easy for her to run her clinic from thousand km afar and poke her nose into the construction work going near their temporary house, so that Rajveer could handle the pressure of understanding how theoretically the business runs.

It was a dream project of Gehlots and Bharadwajs to build a multi speciality hospital in such a peaceful place. Literally it was aimed to have a few bunch of rich patients who could not afford to get treated in traffic packed cities. After Lala's demise the project went in Rajveer's hand, demanding to prove that he was capable to sit in Lala's position.

Seeing how the situation was turning into a storm, Ishita decided to help Rajveer by taking up the job of handling the construction work where Rajveer struggled with the shareholders, investors and other clients regarding everything.

Overseeing the construction work took the whole day from Ishita forcing her to deal with her own clinic chores during the night time. She would read the files and suggest the treatment of her precious patients through mails, not able to attend them personally.

She was about to get under her comfy blanket, something disturbed the tranquility of the night. The clock showed it was past 1 o clock and she was confident that neither Rajveer nor her beeji were awake enough to move around the home. Picking up her phone and a knife for her own safety she moved towards the downstairs hoping to see the intruder. To her disappointment the hall was empty as well the dining area.

Securing her weapons she moved towards the kitchen to make sure it was safe. The dim light was giving a proof about someone being there, somewhat surprised her.

Deliberately she made her footsteps to be heard before entering the kitchen.

Confirming her doubt, there was a very pregnant Naina digging through the box of jam holding a dull looking loaf of bread. Naina was in the middle of stuffing her mouth, and looked like she needed water.

Ishita quickly filled a glass and passed it to her.

" Dheere se..."

Naina obeyed to those words. And also accepted the chair as now a days standing for more than five minutes drained all her energy.

Ishita - " Aur chahiye ? "

She asked not caring for the answer and filled another glass.

Naina held the glass close,

" Mujhe bhook lagi thi. "

She sounded guilty of entering someone else's kitchen during the inhuman hour.
