3rd Pov

The sight of space above earth is seen, peaceful and ancient, before multiple enormous space ships fill the space above the earth, menacing and power as they approach the planet with unknown intention

On the earths surface, covered in green and lush scenery, as well as primitive reptilian being who fight for food and survival, the ships arrive in the atmosphere and cast shadows over the landscape, before we are met with a hand which delves into a strange control module

Outside the ships, multiple strange seed-shaped pods drop down and arm, letting out a high pitched harm, before detonating and destroying the surface of the earth and covering it in hardened metal as the creatures of the earth flee, trying to escape their doom, but are unable to escape their fate

Present Day
Still Third Pov

We see a beautiful Texas country side as the sun is rising, a blue pick up truck drives along a dirt road as a train passes by it, the man driving the truck is wearing a p-cap with a pair of shades

Short Timeskip

The sun has now fully risen an the man wearing the glasses has now pulled up in a town in front of an old theatre, as he pulls up a black Mini Cooper with white stripes and a surfboard on its roof pulls up, the driver singing a rock song obnoxiously loud

Cade: looking out the window "Look who finally decided to show up for work." He climbs out his truck and grabs a satchel from the truck bed which is filled with parts

Lucas: in his car, bobbing his head to th music "I'm a heartbreaker! Gonna make you cry." He stops the music and climbs out

Cade: walking over to the theatre "What, surf report mo good at South Padre?"

Lucas: from across the road "The waves are flat and I got no gas. You know that, Cade." He tries crossing the street, but a truck carrying trailer filled with pigs drives by "Dude!" Looks at the truck "Rude." He keeps walking and sees two women walking Pontus sidewalk "Look at these two junebugs." They give him disgusted looks "Whoo! My, my." Looks to Cade "Hey, you're paying me on this one, right Cade? Please, tell me I'm getting paid."

Cade: irritated "You know, Lucas, a lot are guys are just happy to have job at all." He takes his shades off

Lucas: walks up "Yeah, I suppose."

Cade: gestures to the man "You got any cash on you?"

Lucas: speaks flatly "Yeah."

Cade: "Okay, good." He leads Lucas to the two men outside the theatre

Lucas: "Hey." Walks up to the man in glasses and a hat "Lucas Flannery." He offers his hand to shake, but when he takes the man's hand and shakes it, his arm moves around loosely

Man: he lead them inside "The place has been in the family since '28. Granddaddy ran it all his life. Ain't that right, Granddaddy?" He looks to the older man "Real soon, he's gonna sign it over to me."

Granddaddy: speaks in a gruff old voice "The movies nowadays, that's the trouble. Sequels and remakes, bunch of crap." Walks up to a poster and points "I love that one."

Man: to Cade "He's deaf and senile."

Granddaddy: walks on "Heard that." They enter the projector room

Man: points at the projector "Now these just need some spit and polish." The others follow in after him "I believe they're digital, possibly IMAX." Smiles
