(Day Twenty-Four Morning)

My head lifted up as I heard the door open. All I felt was pain and hunger. My stomach rumbled again. How long had he left me here for? I had lost all track of time. He pulled off my blindfold. My eyes adjusted to the light quickly before looking at him. His face had no emotion. Why wasn't he shouting at me? Why hadn't he locked me in the room again with the speakers? I went to speak but then remembered that I was gagged.
"Sorry master," I tried to say but it came out all muffled.
All of a sudden, a phone rang. He pulled it out of his pocket to reveal it to be my phone.
"Hello," he said responding to the phone.
He put it on speaker and leaned against the wall next to it.
"Hi is this Charlotte Winters," the voice said.
"This is her boyfriend," he lied. "I can pass her a message."
"Can you just confirm her date of birth?" The voice asked. "Just a precautionary measure."
"Of course," he responded. "It's the 4th of May 1999."
I gasped through my gag. How does he know that? Did my parents really tell him everything?"
"Thankyou," the voice said. "Just let her know that he parents are at Windy Gate Hospital. They are in critical condition after a car accident. She can visit from 9am-9pm everyday. If not we can give weekly updates on progress."
My eyes widened at the news. I pulled against my binds as tears began running.
"If she could have weekly updates then that would be great," he said with a smirk on his face.
I looked down at the floor as I realised what he had done.
"Of course," the voice said. "Have a great day."
"You too," he stated before putting the phone down.
The phone was put back in his pocket. He walked towards me and pulled out my gag.
"Next time they won't be so lucky," he spat.
