(Day Thirty-Six Morning)
I watched the surroundings as we drove. I tried to find any clue to where I was. Just in case I decided to escape. I wasn't sure if that's what I wanted. My life was good before I was sold to my master. Or was it? I had no idea that money was tight. My parents had kept that from me. Did I even want to go back? They had sold me. I looked to my master. He was concentrating on the road. A few moments passed before he noticed, and he placed a hand on my knee. My legs were shaking.
"There are rules for our little outing," he said. "You must stay next to me at all times and you must not go near security. Do you understand?"
"Yes master," I said shakily.
"Don't be scared darling," he teased.
"I'm worried that I'll do something wrong while we are out," I said.
"If you do then I'll give you a warning," he said before I felt a small vibration inside of me.
I squirmed at this. He smirked at me before placing his hand back on the steering wheel. About an hour later, we parked at a cinema. He took me inside and we bought some popcorn. He led me into the screening room and we sat at the back. I wiggled uncomfortably in my seat as the rope dug into me. His hand slid up my leg to the top of my thigh. I froze as he put pressure on the rope. The movie started and he kept his hand there. I tried to focus on the movie but it was hard as I felt so uncomfortable. Halfway through a man walked into the screening room. He stopped at the door as his eyes scanned the room. They locked on me and his eyes widened. Then he left. Masters hand left my leg. I was tugged up by my arm. I tried to look at him as I was pushed out of the cinema but I couldn't. When we got out, he walked in the opposite direction to the car.
"Where are we going?" I asked as he walked infront of me.
I followed him as I didn't know what he would do if I didn't. The rope was rubbing my legs as I speed walked behind him. We kept walking until we reached the train station. He stopped at the ticket office. When he turned around, he looked shocked at the sight of me.
"You followed me," he said, angrily.
"Why wouldn't I?" I asked.
"You had the chance to escape," he stated. "Anyway your here now."
I was taken aback. Why did i follow him? I had a chance and i didnt take it. He turned back round and got two tickets. We walked to the platform together. He didn't say a word as we waited for the train. His eyes darted around as if he was looking for someone. The train arrived and he pressed the button for the door to open. As I glanced behind me, I saw police walking towards us. We got onto the train and I stood at the door.
"Come on then," he ordered angrily.
I looked up to him. Nothing but annoyance in his eyes. Why was I here? He had given me a chance to get away. He didn't want me here. So why did I feel the need to be here? Without a second thought, I stepped back off the train. He rushed to me but the doors shut. My eyes locked with his as I realised what I had done. I became panicked as the police grabbed me. I struggled against them and tried to get towards the train. He banged against the door as the train left the station. I kicked someone and I was let go. My body fell to the floor and my head hit it. I blacked out. What had I done?
