Appearance: Onyx Hyde is a striking figure with spiky black hair that adds to his rugged and intense look. Onyx Hyde's armored hunter armor is a striking combination of silver and black with intricate detailing. The chest armor is bulky with layered plates, giving a robust appearance, and a gold belt with a circular buckle adds an ornate touch. Large shoulder pads enhance the imposing silhouette.
The gauntlets are thick and reinforced, suggesting heavy protection, while the hands are covered in more flexible material for dexterity. Each forearm has a black panel that might house technology or weaponry. The leg armor continues the layered plating theme, with prominent knee pads and white boots with yellow soles and black reinforcements around the ankles.
Background: Onyx Hyde hails from the sun-drenched expanse of Vacuo, a kingdom known for its harsh deserts and resilient inhabitants. Born into a family of skilled hunters, Onyx was raised in a community that emphasized survival, adaptability, and strength. His parents, both seasoned huntsmen, instilled in him a sense of duty and honor from a young age. As a child, Onyx often accompanied them on hunts, learning the art of tracking and combat amidst the unforgiving dunes of Vacuo. From an early age, Hyde exhibited a natural affinity for combat, showcasing remarkable physical prowess and quick reflexes. However, he was not merely a brute; he possessed a keen mind and a strategic approach to challenges, often outsmarting opponents much larger than himself. This blend of brawn and brains made Onyx a promising candidate for Beacon Academy.
