MALIA'S POV:
Ever since I was 14 I have felt like this, like I didn't fit in. I mean they were right I didn't fit in.. I wasn't the average skinny blonde girl that they wanted me to be. When my dad left me and my younger sister Ivory everything went downhill. My grades went down, my health, I slowly became thin and pale. I looked nothing like myself.
Surprisingly no one noticed, I guess I was always good at hiding my feelings.

I have decided what I am going to do, tonight's the night. The night I have planned since I was 14. No one's going to even notice I'm gone. I walked downstairs and saw my family watching tv together. They originally invited me to watch with them, but the moment me and my mom started arguing I decided that I couldn't stand to sit next to her for hours.

As I walked towards the bridge it reminded me of my last attempt. My hand floated to the scar on my stomach. I had to stay in the hospital for weeks. Knowing I failed my last attempt this made me realize how much of a failure I am. I couldn't even take my own life. That's how worthless and pathetic I am.

As I got to the bridge tears flooded my eyes. I sat there overlooking the cars drive by in a flash. Is this really what I'm about to do? I pushed those thoughts aside, and let the wicked thoughts flood my mind. I wiped my tears on my shirt as I looked around enjoying my last moments on this planet.

I stood up, took a deep breath and screamed at the top of my lungs. As I heard someone's footsteps come closer I felt as if I needed to rush and do it. I can't let them see that I failed my second attempt. That would show how pathetic I am. A stupid sad girl too weak to take her own life. As my right foot hovered over the edge I heard a sweet soprano voice "Don't do it please I can help you. This isn't the answer."

KYLIE'S POV: As me and Ruby got off of work we were planning on going shopping at the West Point Mall. "I'll meet you there, bye rubes!" Ruby smiled and waved goodbye. As I was about to get in my car I saw this beautiful curly haired girl sitting alone on a bridge. My stomach dropped as the realization hit me.

I slowly walked towards her. I tried to be as quiet as I could, so she didn't rush into it. As I got closer she looked like an angel. Why would she want to do this she seems like she would have the perfect life. I knew that was wrong to think but I couldn't keep that thought out of my mind.

As her foot hovered the edge my stomach twisted into knots. I felt as If the world was ending. I can't let her do this. I tried to speak but nothing would come out of my mouth. As I started panicking I finally got a few words out of my mouth. "Don't do it please I can help you. This isn't the answer."

It was too late.. she looked back at me and then jumped.
