Don't worship the thing of this world

Don’t worship the things of this world mean, Ask God for help to trust him. Keep us from looking to this world and the things in it, the patterns of it, as a foundation for our lives, as strength, or as that which is good.  1 John 2:15 says: Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the father is not in them. It is saying that someone who loves the way this world operates, including its control by sin, is a person who cannot also focus on the father’s will. And in Romans 1: 25 says, they worshipped things that God has made and they became servants of those things, but they refused to worship God himself who made those things.  When you start worshiping the things of this world you forget God, God is saying that you are living in the world but your mind should focusing the things of this world. When we worship the things of this world, we don’t realize that the devil put some things in front of our eyes so that we see that they look good but instead of worshiping the things above we are worshiping the things and the earth, and the things that we worship can mess up our life. And when things happen to us, we start to run to God for help when we worship the things of this world. Let us pray in the mighty name of Jesus I pray for all these who are worshipping the things of this world should stop in the mighty name of Jesus and start to worship God and the things above in the mighty name of Jesus AMEN.
