***3 days Later***

Washington, D.C is known to be the country capital city and district. Washington, D.C was populated with thousand of people and visitors every year until the Seaborn invasion.

The whole capital and district was abandoned and was left without a President and the Seaborn was only in Wards 3, 4, 5 and 1 and The Strategic Homeland Division was in Ward 6.

An Division Agent name Alani Kelso who was approaching the office in the Capital hill after a little fued with Manny Ortega after a recent mission in Alexandra in Virginia (Northern Virginia).

When she opens the office doors, she saw that someone was already here. The mysterious person turn around and saw Alani Kelso.

The mysterious person name was Henry Clark who is hailing from Canada know as Five, an Deputy Director of Rainbow.

Five: Well hello, Agent Kelso!

Alani Kelso: *Folded her arms* Look here I know what are you doing here, I'm not in the mood to talk right now!

Five: Well then I didn't say anything yet?

Alani Kelso: *Sighs* Were you post to be busy sending your Rainbow operatives across the globe right now!

Five: Indeed I was about to talk about that right now, take a seat.

Five pulls out three files in front of Kelso.

Alani Kelso: Who in the hell are these people?

Five: *Chuckles* These three people are Siu Mei "Ying" Lin, Ryad "Jackal" Al-Hassar and Elena "Mira" Álvarez

Alani Kelso: Where were deployed?

Five: I know that two of them are in Orkney, Scotland and only one is in Shetland, Scotland

Alani Kelso: Okay, well my work here is done

Five: Wait one last thing... Any findings of the mysterious people?

Alani Kelso: Not yet but we have photo evidence like a bunch of photo's

Five: Why are most of them look like there cut out?

Alani Kelso: Because there god damn fast!

Five: Oh ok, well nice meeting you Agent Kelso!

Alani Kelso: Well nice meeting you too
