They were selecting jewellery and we both were seeing few necklaces infront of us... They were looking soo simple yet beautiful.. a necklace caught my eyes "Acha laga (do you like it)" Arun whispered in my ears I looked at him ... His face was deadly close to mine "Do you wanna see anything mam" a worker said breaking our moment We moved afar and he spoke "Show me this necklace" pointing the necklace which I liked He took that in his hands and made me turn back "What are you doing" i asked lowly "Shhh.. stay quiet" he whispered near my ear I felt the cold thing touching my neck I looked down to find the necklace around my neck

I moved my fingers along the necklace "It looks good on you" he whispered "Hai.. par remove it" i said "Why.. we'll buy it" "No Arun .. we don't have to buy everything we like .." "No.. if you like it we are definitely gonna buy it" he said "Arun.. we bought a lot of things... We'll buy this some other time ok.. let's give them back" "But aran--" i placed my finger on his lips "Don't say any"
I removed my finger when he kept on staring me .. i felt chills .. he have such a soft lips.. "What you guys are doing" krishna uncle spoke scaring the shit out of us coming out of nowhere "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you" he said guilty written on his face "It's ok uncle.. we were doing nothing" i said he hummed and left I looked at Arun who was silently looking at his lap .. i placed my hands on his and said "Let's go.. they are going to pay.." he hummed "Ma.. we'll get going .. you guys come" "We are going to have dinner out beta.. let's eat together" my mom said "No ma.. we already ate few snacks .. you guys go .. we'll go home.. we're soo tired from all this shopping" i said "Let them go bhabhi .. they need rest ..you go bacha.. we'll bring something for you guys to eat" nirmala aunty spoke and we went to the parking lot
Arun still seems to be lost in some taughts I kept my hand on his shoulder when he looked at me .. i made him sit on the bike and held his face between my palm "Kya hua (what happened).. why are you soo lost..hmm" i asked softly He leaned on my touch and said "Am i bad??" He asked with teary eyes I felt a pang on my heart seeing him like this "Why bacha... Why you got this stupid question..hmm" "Why he won't be happy for the things I do.. i always listen to him..but he is never satisfied from me" he said while tears falling from his eyes I wiped the tears with my thumb and said " no one will be ever satisfied with u Arun .. even when you do as they say.. they always want more from you .. you know what do as you want .. do the things which make you satisfied not them ..they will eventually know your worth.. you don't worry for their satisfaction.. worry for your own happiness Arun" He looked at me with some different emotions "Don't cry Arun.. tears are not meant for your beautiful eyes .." i said wiping his tear He nodded and hugs me out of nowhere "Let me stay like this for few minutes plz " he said I hummed and played with his hair After sometime he backed and sat properly on the bike and signed me to sit .. I nodded and sat
He started the bike and soon we reached home
At home: We laid on sofa and I spoke "What should we do.. let's watch some movie what say ?" "Hmmm..ok let's watch" I quickly on the tv and started searching for some good movie "What should we watch?" I asked When I turned towards him .. I found him starting at me.. and no my heart didn't did a flip and no I'm not having butterflies "Arun .. why are you staring at me like that?" "Because you look tempting" he said "Huh.." He started to move closer to me and once he was too close that I can feel his breath he stopped and being a fool i thought he will kiss so i immediately closed my eyes But I never got the taste of his lips.. he pulled the remote from my hands which I was holding tight.. i opened my eyes only to find him afar from me and searching for movies
I stood up disappointed.. "kya (what?)" he asked "Washroom ana hai (wanna come)" "Nahi.. you go" he said "As if I'm gonna take you with me " i mumbled and went "Such a mood spoiler" i huffed talking to myself Why are you expecting him to kiss you .. aren't he ur frd my mind asked Frd my foot... He is my enemy I huffed Why are you soo annoyed aranya .. he isn't ur bf my mind reminds me Kya hai.. why you always make me sad I shouted So ur sad that he isn't ur bf my mind asked You-- I was cut when Arun knocked my door
"Aranya .. what are you doing .. I found a movie ..come lets see " he shouted "Haa ... I'm coming" i said and went out "Were you talking with someone?" He asked "Nahi tho (no)" "I heard you talking to someone" he said confused "I think u have hearing problem " i said "Thu na nahi badalegi (u won't change)" We started watching the movie called munjya
It was soo good and funny man After 2hrs and so the movie ended "Such a good movie man" i said "I know right" as we were talking bell rang I rushed and opened the door to find out family outside
They all came in and sat feeling exhaust I gave them water and sat beside Arun .. "Sabh karid leya (you bought everything?)" i asked "Hai everything is done.. now we just have to book the hall" my sister said " Tomorrow we four will go and search for it" i said "Hai.. I was thinking the same" jiju spoke "So you guys go in search for it and we elders will call our relatives and tell them"my dad told "Ji papa..." Didu said "Tho 12days me engagement hogi (u gonna get engaged in 12 days)" shanti aunty spoke and the couple blushed "Guys I was thinking why don't we go for some trip?" Kiran uncle spoke "Kaha (where?)" shanti aunty asked "We'll think about it.. what do you think about it" Kiran uncle asked "Hame tho koye problem nahi hai, hai na bache (we don't have any problem, what say kiddos)" my dad said We i mean jiju,didu, me shouted noo problem I looked at Arun who was silent .. I shaked him "thum bhi bollo (you also say)" "I too have no problem" he said lowly "Yeahhhh... Soo let's goooo" I shouted "Par kaha (but where)" my mom asked We all fell into silence After sometime I spoke "Kaha matlab kya (what do you mean by where ).. we will go to shirdi.. we can get blessings for the newly engaged and also we can show the wedding cards to the god .. what say" *excited* "That's great idea , we'll go by road" nirmala aunty spoke "No aunty.. we can enjoy but not the one who drive .. we will go by train so everyone can enjoy" i said "She is right.. we'll go by train" " So it's final.. after the engagement ceremony we will leave to shirdi" i shouted YESSSS everyone shouted except Arun "Ok everyone give me ur aadhaar's.. I and Aru will book the tickets" i said and collected their aadhaar's
After taking their aadhaar's we went to my room and sat spreading everyone's aadhaars around us.. "Let's start with elders " i said and he hummed After 10mins we are done with elders Now we were booking for youngers "Aww...jiju looks cute in the pic" i said "Yeah.. but he doesn't like it" Arun said "But why he do look cute.. wait let me send it to my sister" i said and set it We were done with jiju and sister he was booking mine .. when I saw the only aadhar in front of me .. I held it " Arun Nihan kurana " i spoke it loud "Hmm" he hummed "Your name is Nihan?" I asked "Hmm" he again hummed "But you never said it to me" "You never asked" he said "Oh haa.. from now I'll call you nihan only " i said He looked at me with different emotions "Kya hua ... I can call u that right?" I asked unsure "U can" he said slowly "Yahooo" He chuckled..
We were done with the tickets.. I went and returned their cards ..
