it had been a week since dylan and kayleigh had met and they'd been talking non stop since, facetiming everyday, hanging out, texting. they tried to see each other as much as they could but when they couldn't, they used their phones.
"you're in love with him." xochitl teased her as she sat at kayleigh's vanity in her bedroom.
"shut up, no i'm not." kayleigh smiled, throwing a piece of popcorn at her. ariana laid beside her, smirking at her as she read some of the messages on her phone.
kayleigh turned to ariana, hiding her phone from her view. "are you reading our messages over my shoulder?" she questioned, ariana tried to deny it but it was obvious when she saw the guilty look on her face. kayleigh furrowed her brows, throwing popcorn at her next.
"hey, don't start." ariana chuckled, watching as kayleigh responded to dylan's message. she picked up the remote on the tv, unpausing the vampire diaries.
xochitl turned around in her chair to face kayleigh, "are you gonna text him all day again?" xochitl asked. she looked up from her phone with a smirk, based off that xochitl knew the answer. "so, you're over malachi?" she asked.
"um.." she shrugged, xochitl got off of the chair and laid on the bed in front of the two. "i don't know. possibly?" she answered. ariana paused the show again.
"possibly?" she repeated. she shrugged again, ari turned to face her. "you know once you see him in person again you'll go crazy." ariana told her.
"possibly." she smiled, "i saw him like two days ago, i was fine."
"i mean, sure because you guys only had one very short conversation because you were leaving to see dylan." xochitl furrowed her eyebrows.
"okay, what's the point here?"
"are you avoiding him?" ari questioned.
"possibly." ariana and xochitl both gave each other a look, squinting at each other.
"we should plan their wedding." xochitl said to ariana, taking a bite of her ice cream as she sat outside in kay's backyard. they both watched kayleigh talking on the phone with dylan, of course she couldn't survive a day without talking to him.
"how are we gonna plan their wedding." ariana chuckled.
"i don't know, but we will." xochitl smirked. malachi then walked outside to find the two girls.
