A/N: SHORT FILLER CHAPTER
_______________
"Is everything alright?" Camila asked quietly, among the rest of her group around the kitchen table. Everyone was watching the green eyed Sergeant, who was outside playing with Sofia and Matt as if nothing happened the night before.
"She told herself that she drank too much and blacked out, hence why she can't remember anything." Ally informed. "She slept perfectly fine and woke up happy like any other day."
"Should we bring it up?" Ariana turned to her friends.
"No." Dinah spoke up, "It's good that she doesn't remember. It would make matters worse." She remembered her moments from prior visits back home. "Now that we know it's there, we'll be able to help her."
The first time the Polynesian returned from war, everything seemed okay until a week had passed. She woke up screaming every night, or had mental and physical break downs to the point where she couldn't even leave her own room. Dinah remembered ever incident that happened during her moments of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which ultimately was the cause of her temporary depression. She was too scared to interact with the rest of the world, thinking she was a threat to everyone else.
The only person that was able to talk to her for a month was Normani, and even that was rare.
"So what are we going to do?" Louis asked next.
"We let her be." Troy shrugged as Ally wrapped her arms around him from behind. "We go to the carnival, but always keep a close watch. Don't make it obvious either."

The small town carnival was one of the things that every citizen looked forward to. There were balloons, game booths, delicious food and treats, and even rides that were worth waiting 45 minutes for. Every business was locked and closed due to the event, since everyone was out of their homes and attending the long awaited event.
"Oh sweet" Lauren's eyes brightened at the game booth that had BB guns to shoot multiple targets.
"A-Are you sure?" Camila hesitantly asked when she met her gaze. "How about we go ride the carnival instead?"
"What are you talking about, Camz?" Lauren pulled the shorter brunettes hand gently towards the booth. "I'm literally pro at this, plus it's an easy win. Start choosing which one you want," She winked and pointed at the stuffed animal prizes that were hanging above them. Lauren paid a couple dollars to play, then shot every target perfectly.
Camila's heart sped up and she watched closely, while taking a couple seconds to watch everyone who passed by.
"Loosen up, stop making it so obvious." Dinah walked up next to her to whisper in her ear. "She's having a good time so now you should too."
"Camz, pick one" Lauren pointed up. "I shot all the targets so you can choose the biggest prize."
"T-The panda." Camila smiled, making the worker had over the large stuffed animal. "Thanks Laur."
"No problem," The green eyed girl returned happily. Lauren offered to carry the prize in which Camila was quick to hand over since it was almost larger than her own body. As they walked around, the shorter girl listened to her best friends advice, along with Troy's, and fell back in a normal and relaxed mood while still looking out for Lauren.
The Sergeant would gently brush her hand against Camila's, and eventually intertwined their fingers together.
"You seem.. tense?" Lauren spoke up.
