Kai is preparing and adjusting for curly's tour of the ship today making sure he's going to be as comfortable as possible.
"kai it's fine I'm alright" curly is uncomfortable how doting kai is, Does curly even deserve a friend like him? After everything.
Kai worries if his friend is alright, is he do enough is he a good captain and is he over bearing,"sorry it's just i don't want you in pain but if you say so".
The obvious awkward tension in the room, doubt and insecurities present in both parties, it's very obvious but both are trying to feigh ignorance hoping if they do it'll disappear.
"it's fine, you don't have to apologise. I just don't want you to over do it" curly reassures "lets just go on the tour" curly tries to lighten kai's mood.
"oh yea! Let's start the grand tour" kai quickly gives a bright smile,to give reassurance but even curly can tell he's abit stressed.
"yeah let's go.." curly adjust his position as he gets wheeled out of the room, looking around the hallway it's nice not to be in a room that brings him back to a unfortunate time, still he's grateful for everything.
a little while later after some small talk, yapping about random details fav parts then they pass a specific window that show what they're towing.
"wait" curly quickly typed "please let me see" he requested trashed abit to get kai's attention.
Kai stop wheeling him and looks at what curly is looking at and-oh it's the tuplar his ship, this is probably weird for him and very trauma inducing.
"you ok curly?"kai asks him while curly stares out of the window.

"yes.. I hope I am" curly typed "let's go i just wanted to really see it, to look at the end result of the events" they wheeled away abit of awkwardness in the air for the rest of the tour.
