The Astral expressed traveled through warp drive for what felt like a few minutes. While everyone had their eyes closed, Ark had no trouble with seeing as he looked out the window, seeing the sea of blue that flew past them, bathing the cabin in its light. His hand still outstretched as he kept March from falling over backwards.
The train soon came out of warp drive, and because inertia really likes to exist, March ended up lurching forward, nearly falling over if it wasn't for Ark grabbing the girls arm and pulling her back up as she spun and crashed into him. Once everything calmed down, the Creator God looked down to the pink haired girl, holding her by the shoulders as he saw the dizzying swirls in her eyes. "You alright there?"
Ark's simple question only got a slight nod from the dizzy girl. he knew she would be fine, though he did bring her over one of the couches and sat her down on it. The others stood up from their seats, walking over to the two. "I'm surprised you didn't fall over like she normally does" Were the words Dan Hang as he looked concerned for March a little.
"Inertia and I have a love hate relationship. Poor thing will never succeed.." He comments, getting odd looks from the group before letting it go. Ark then looked outside the window to see where they had stopped. Aside from all the stars out in the vast open vacuum, they were hovering right beside a large white celestial body. "Well, this must be Jarilo VI I take it?"
"That would be correct" Welt was the one to answer before he began debriefing the Creator God. "Now that we are here, I should probably tell you the objective that we have here. We are looking for what is called a Stellaron. To put it simply, they are a cancer on the universe, taking down civilizations and changing the ecology of whatever world it happens to land on. Our object is to find and seal these Stellarons before they become even more dangerous"
Ark hummed in acknowledgement, before his gaze turned to Caelus as he was curious how he had been housing one now that he knew what it was, and the fact it hadn't done anything aside from give the boy a power boost by the looks of it. Something to figure out another time. "So if I were to put it in my own terms, I can just think of it as the Demi-Demons converting worlds and universes for energies... Great.."
"I take it these Demi-Demons you once encountered were quite similar to Stellaron's?" Himeko was the one to ask this time. She had started to imagine what they looked like, mainly just picturing your typical demonic looking creature you'd see in religious art.
"No.." Ark's tone shifted to one of annoyance and anger, getting everyone's attention as they all saw the hate filled expression in his as he remember back to all those sleepless years where he and the others had to deal with them. "They were far worse... " He left it there as he didn't feel like speaking more on the subject. Instead choosing to scan the planet via his own senses to see if his cores were on this planet.
Luckily for him, he had picked up on the familiar readings of his cores. He was fortunate that there were three of them all within the same location on the the planet, and he couldn't help but chuckle as two specific ones were still together. "Looks like my own mission will go smoothly after all too. three of my cores are down there"
They were quite surprised to hear this, though March, who had gotten over her dizzy spell some time ago, got up and brought an important detail that Ark himself stated. "But wait, how are you going to get them back? You said it yourself that you can't retrieve them without killing them"
"Your right. However, I never said it was impossible" Ark said as that had the group confused as they though on it for a moment. Welt had perked up as he had an idea of what Ark was getting at.
"The Herrscher of Truth is down there isn't she?" Welt asked, everyone's attention turning to him as he turned to face Ark, wo simply nodded to his question. "I see. So you plan to have her create a device that'll help with extracting the cores from them while doing minimal harm to the host themselves"
