The golden years is not always meant to be your childhood. It can be in your 20th years. or 30th years. or maybe in your 40th years. or maybe when the death calling.
Don't lose hope.
if you suffer in life, you are lucky. you've given the chances to have the focus on Akhirah more than the dunya.
You've been called, by Allah to be his obedient servant. There's nothing more beautiful compared to be the close servants to him amongs his other creations.
And,
Were it not for Allah's grace,
None of this can be achieved.
