The Grimm's Dungeon Bat

Chapter Seven

Severus was woken up by Sirius kissing him awake. "Come on Baby Bat, time to get up." Severus groaned and rolled over trying to hide his face in the pillows. "Baby, we have to get to the station. You can sleep on the train my Bat." Severus wanted to stab Sirius with his wand, but he couldn't. "Fine, but get rid of the light in the room, my eyes hurt." He growled, clearly not a morning person. "I already did Bat." Sirius kissed him again, and soon Severus was leaning into them, wanting to be kissed more. 

At the platform they saw hundreds of parents and kids saying goodbye and joining friends, while first years cried to their parents and clung to them. Severus held Sirius's hand while the other was leading him to their compartment. Sirius, James, Remus, and Peter always sat in the same compartment, apparently Lily sat with them too. "Hey Sev!" Lily took his arm pulling him into a side hug before standing next to Dean Zabini who had an arm around her, almost absent mindedly. Severus smiled, happy that his friend was happy with the Zabini heir. "Hello Dean, how are you? How is your sister doing?" Dean sighed and glared at his sister who looked distraught. "I'm okay Severus. Mia is more than happy even if she doesn't look it. Her last boyfriend was not rich enough for her." It was well known in Slytherin that Mia Zabini was always looking for a very rich older wizard to marry. "Hopefully she will find someone who can overlook her awful personality." James joked before pressing a quick kiss to Lily's head. The two had become like siblings over the years and Lily was the little sister James had always wanted but didn't have. 

Lily, Dean, Remus, James, Regulas, Sirius, and Severus filled the compartment, so when Peter went to join them, he was kicked out by the others. "So, have you two come up with a date for the wedding?" Lily asked, she hadn't been at the engagement party due to being on holiday with her family, and Dean was having a once in a blue moon dinner with his father. "I was thinking about maybe a July or August wedding." Severus said thinking about having an outdoor wedding and it wouldn't interfere with his mastery classes. "Maybe in July, Bat. That way you have enough time to get all settled in the house of our choosing and then you can focus on studying." Sirius was letting Severus lean on him. Severus knew they had to pick a house and move in after they got married, maybe they should pick one closer to where he would be studying. 

Regulas pulled out a binder. "I had thought about that." The younger boy said while flipping through the massive binder. "Here, these are some summer flowers that will look good with most color schemes." It was a wedding binder, with many different ideas in them. "Skipping a few chapters aren't you brother?" Sirius joked and Regulas blushed bright red. "I got inspired while over hearing Narcissa, Bellatrix, and mother planning their weddings." Severus tugged on Sirius's arm while pointing to a bouquet with black and red roses. "Black dear?" Sirius kissed Severus's temple. "Yes, black, it is elegant and my favorite color. Others will see it as an homage to your family." Severus loves black, almost all of his clothes are black, and he looks amazing black. Sirius chuckled and gave in. "We can have black in the wedding, but we should have silver instead of red be the second color." While looking at the flowers Lily pointed out something she thought was obvious. "Silver should be the secondary color, it brings out your eyes. Silver would look good in your hair. You should wrap some silver in your hair, do a half up, half down look." Soon Regulas, Lily, Severus, and even Remus were all deep discussion about hair and robes. 

By the time the lady with the trolly came along they had picked out most of what they thought would look good. "Bat do you want anything to eat and drink?" Sirius asked softly. "Can you pick for me Puppy?" Severus asked and the older kissed his forehead and nodded. "I know just the thing." Severus went back to his conversation with the others. Dean had picked lemonade and cookies for him and Lily, James picked pumpkin juice and chocolate frogs for him Regulas and Remus. Sirius picked coffee for Severus and some coffee flavored chocolates along with a butterbeer for himself. 

As they ate, they talked about school instead of weddings. "Are any of you taking History of Magic this year?" Dean asked knowing that it would be the most boring thing ever. "I'm not. I am taking Divination though, easy O, and I don't have to do anything besides coming up with the worst way to die and talking about in class." Sirius got an elbow to the stomach from Severus. "What?" He chuckled. "You made Professor Onai pass out by saying that the Grimm was coming for your mother." They all laughed remembering that when she passed out all the students left, no one grabbed Madam Pomphrey. "Did you see her face that night in the great hall thinking we had all become spirits!" Dean was laughing so hard. She had burst into the great hall, her hair a mess and looking like a madwoman, carrying on about spirits and ghosts and things like that. 

Peter Pettegrew threw open the door with Molly Prewett next to him. "Move Slytherins, this is a Gryffindor compartment." Molly's shrill voice was grating, and Severus had a hex on the tip of his tongue, but Dean stood up. "Whore, this is a pureblood compartment, not a blood traitor compartment, leave. If you don't I while show you a Zabini family curse that you will never forget." His voice was almost a hiss and Molly's face went pale, and Peter nearly pissed himself in fear. Dean Zabini is tall, built like a brick wall and is the best duelist in their school. "See this Padfoot, Prongs, Moony, they are putting blood purity above everything." Peter tried while looking at Lily who was wearing an off the shoulder shirt. "I am muggle born and Remus is a half-blood are you ignoring that fact?" She was glaring at Molly, and it was well known that they two were almost always fighting. 

The girl glared and left with Peter who glared at them before he left. Lily was kissed by Dean. "You are so hot when you speak your mind." He looked at Lily like she had hung the sun and stars, as if she was his whole world. "If you have a problem with her during the year you can stay in our dorm again Lils." James said while catching a snitch and releasing it and catching it again. "You stayed in their room?" Dean looked at her. "Yeah. Molly and Alice were giving me a hard time for spending time with the guys calling me a pick me girl and a whore. So, I went to hang out with the guys and started to sleep in their dorm. They kicked Peter out and after an elf cleaned the bed I stayed there." Lily said it like it was casual. "If you were having trouble with them you could stay with us in Slytherin." Severus and Regulas said at the same time, making them laugh. 

Pulling into Hogsmeade station the seven had to split up for the first time. Severus was helped into the carriage by Sirius, whose hand may have stayed on the other's bottom for a little longer than necessary. Remus was sitting with Regulas and James, and they pulled Sirius onto the carriage. The five were laughing all the way to the castle. Excited to start their last year but also sad because it was their last year. 

Severus saw Dean and Lily were in the same carriage as Peter and Molly. It was going to be a long year if Peter kept looking at Lily, the way he was now. Dean had always been protective of the girls at Hogwarts, had even made one guy disappear when a third-year girl had run into him and confessed something awful. Peter may die sooner than anyone had ever thought he was on very thin ice as it was. Molly was looking at Sirius with heart eyes before glaring at Severus. Seventh year was going to be fun. Severus was falling into a black pit of a mood before Sirius saw Molly and pulled his betrothed into a long, deep kiss. "If they are going to watch better give them a show." He said winking and then kissing him again.
