Back to the Past

Somewhere in space and time, a giant figure was sitting on the throne alongside two nobles. Analog walking towards them and bow down.

Jikan: Welcome back, Analog.

Shigosen: How was your day?

Analog: I'm fine.

Ante: Good to hear from you. King Jikan has a word for you, Analog.

Analog: What is it, Your Majesty?

Jikan: I want you to go back to the past.

Analog: Do you have any reason?

Jikan: Indeed. You have to listen to my instructions.

Analog nodded.

Jikan: Go back to a thousand year past and protect her.

Analog: Protect her? Can you tell me about this person?

Jikan: I'm afraid you have to find that by yourself.

Ante: Also you can't involve yourself in that timeline.

Analog: I understand, Noble Ante. I will try not to involve in that timeline.

Shigosen: You know what will happen if you involve yourself in the past?

Analog: I will change the history, correct?

Shigosen: Half true, Analog. But it won't change the history.

Jikan: If your choice. Wether you want to change or not. I have observed you from beginning since you left Arinaga plans.

Analog: I'm not a traitor or trying to help him-

Jikan: We discussed about this later. The event will start soon. Go now.

Analog nodded and then he open a portal of time and walk in. The portal then disappeared.

Later, he at the mountain region.

Analog: Now, where could she be?

Suddenly, she saw a lone, cloaked feminine figure with a skull mask concealing her face crosses a rickety bridge. Halfway across the bridge, she hears the screech of a Nevermore. She turns to her left to see the Nevermore appear from the fog, and she draws her weapons - a pair of sickles.

Analog: That might be her.

The young woman backflips off the bridge just as the Nevermore rams through it, splitting the bridge in half. She throws one of her sickles at one of the Nevermore's wing and uses the gravity Dust imbued in it to pull herself back up, while also dragging the Nevermore down. She grabs her other sickle on her way back up, getting above the Nevermore, and uses the recoil of her weapon to spin and grapple onto the Nevermore. She then throws one of her sickles to a mountain, pulling the Nevermore with it. The Nevermore crashes into the mountainside, losing its balance, before crash landing to the ground. Maria's other sickle is called back and lands on the ground in front of it.

She takes out the sickle from the Nevermore's wing, catching her breath. She looks over to the Nevermore's head, whose eyes stare back at her, causing her to gasp. The Nevermore tries to snap its beak at her, forcing her off. It swipes at her, knocking her back and forcing her to drop her sickle. The Nevermore charges forward, but her eyes glow brightly, engulfing the area around her. She stands back up and notices the Nevermore petrified in midair, before dropping down and crumbling. She walks over to her sickle to pick it up, using the gravity Dust to call her other sickle back to her.

Suddenly, she deflects a bullet aimed at her. She notices three men - one with a giant hammer, one carrying a rifle, and one with a machete - come out of hiding. Another woman, a crocodile Faunus named Tock, then walks up behind her.
