Basically her lore is that she exist at least 100 years after the hashiras we know existed.
Demons were brought back to life from a bit of DNA a mysterious group of persons found blah blah blah
So basically she's part of that new demon slayer corporation that takes the old one as a base, following its rules, roles, etc.
Yeah lazy, boring and not creative.
