I know she looks a bit like Six but she is not the same as her.
As u can see Nine has a hospital gown (maybe important For her story, Still in development, coming soon) Under the raincoat (She found her raincoat among a box of old clothes one rainy day), and purpleish hair (Six has blueish shorter hair)
Her abysmal number of injuries may also be part of her story .
