"Wake up, dear," my grandmother was gently running her hand over my hair. For the past 30 minutes, she had been trying to wake me up. Finally, my eyes opened, and there she was, right in front of me.

"Good morning, Nani," I said, immediately hugging her as I got up.

"Good morning! Now hurry and get up," she replied with a smile. "I've made your favorite aalu parathas. And remember, you have a flight this afternoon."
"Oh, I'd completely forgotten! My packing is still half-done." Realizing this, I quickly got up, rushed to the washroom to get ready, and then went downstairs for breakfast.

"Nani, where's Nana?" I asked when I didn't see him around.
"He's gone out to get your favorite kaju katli. He should be back soon," Nanu replied.

"Alright, Nani," I said, and began eating my breakfast. I was sure that they both had already finished their breakfast since I had woken up so late.
I usually don't wake up this late, but yesterday, out of nowhere, I had that old dream again after such a long time. I hope Nani doesn't notice anything, or she'll start worrying about me even more.

My grandparents are the most wonderful people in the world. If it weren't for them, I might not even be here today. The smile on my face is because of them.

"Hoor beta, here's your favorite sweet," Nanu came up from behind and placed the box of sweets on the table.

"Thank you, Nana!" I said, giving him a kiss on the cheek

"Thank you, Nana!" I said, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "You know, you're the most handsome man in the world."

Nana couldn't help but laugh at that. But I wasn't lying-he truly was very handsome. My mom and I both inherited his amazing genes.

Enough with the compliments! Have you finished your packing? Your flight is in two hours-I don't want you to miss it like last time," Nani said as she came in from the kitchen, carrying some things for my packing.

"That was because of you, Nani! I was missing you so much that I didn't feel like leaving, and that's why I missed my flight," I replied with a grin.

Alright, dear, now go and quickly pack your things," Nani urged, handing me a small bag.
