Name - Evangeline Kyle

Villain name - Black Cat

Nickname - Eve 

Age - 16

Appearance - shoulder length black hair, blue eyes, tan skin, black cat ears and a black tail.

Villain outfit - black long sleeved leotard with circles showing her shoulders, black leggings, a utility belt, tall black heels, and black leather gloves with room for her cat claws, and lastly a black mask and yellow goggles she can fit on top of it.  

Weapons - she is half cat so, good sense of smell and hearing, cat claws, and a whip.

Personality - serious, funny, agile, and athletic.

mom - Selina Kyle

dad - Bruce Wayne (spoiler I guess)

Back story
Shortly after birth Selina didn't think she could take care of Evangeline so she asked Bruce to take care of her. Couple years later Selina couldn't bare the idea that she wasn't in her daughters life so she asked Bruce if she can be more present in her daughters life, thinking not much of it say that, that's a good idea, he let her into Evangeline's life. But slowly Selina realized that she wanted to be a full on mother and house her and take care of her, Bruce refused saying she can't take care of their daughter full time as long as she's a villain. That didn't settle well with her so she simply took Evangeline when Bruce wasn't looking. As years passed Selina saw her daughter grow more mature realizing that she doesn't always take care of her since she goes out every now and then for (you know being a criminal) so she took it upon herself to move in with Ivy and Harley since they both had kids so they could take care of them together..
