Chapter 7: Navigator

"So." Buggy the Clown started as he glared at Zoro in specific. "You must be that notorious bounty hunter. Are you here to capture me?" The pirate captain continued.

"I gave up on pirate hunting. In other words, i have no interest in you." Zoro countered swiftly as he glared back at Buggy.

"Is that so? I have interest in you on the other hand. Killing someone like you would be a great honor." Buggy the Clown tells back with a wicked grin.

"Try me." Zoro simply grunts in response as he assumes a fighting stance with his three swords.

"Wow! A clown! Can you do a trick?!" Luffy yells out with a toothy grin, growing excited as seemingly just now, he had noticed the pirate captain with the red nose.

"Like hell i will, you fool! Just wait your turn, i'll get to you after i'll deal with the swordsman!" Buggy yells out, angered.

"You don't mind if i take care of this fool, right, Luffy? He picked a fight with me after all." Zoro addresses the captain of the crew without looking at him.

"Go ahead." Luffy simply tells in response as he steps back, then takes a seat on top of the cage you are still locked up in.

Buggy pirates began to cheer for their captain while you, Nami and Luffy were silent. You and Luffy are confident, certain of Zoro's imminent victory, Nami in the meantime is uncertain as she wasn't sure what to think, how to act right now.

The swordsman of the crew, Zoro, charged at the same time at Buggy as the latter broke into the run.

"Die flashily!" Buggy yelled out, only to be cut down by Zoro, the captain of the Buggy pirates seemingly sliced clean in half as the lower and upper half of Buggy's body hits the ground.

"That was too easy." Zoro simply grunts out as he sheathes his swords, the members of the Buggy pirates in the meantime, simply begin to laugh.

"Maybe this red nose was just a weakling all along?" Luffy pondered out loud.

"No way..." Nami simply muttered under her breath.

"Luffy... You mind getting me out of here now?" You grunt out as you look up at Luffy who's still sitting leisurely on top of the big iron cage you were trapped in.

"Oh, right! I completely forgot you are still locked up!" Luffy yells out, seemingly only now remembering the fact you were still imprisioned.

"This guy can't be the captain of the crew... Right?" Nami questioned, deep in her thoughts as she sweat dropped.

The Buggy pirates in the meantime, continued to simply laugh, all of them unfazed as their captain sliced in half body remained on the ground.

"Something's off... Don't let your guard down, Zoro." You instruct firmly. There's no sign of blood as Buggy was sliced in half by Zoro. You also remembered how Buggy had stated before that he ate a devil fruit, making you suspicious.

Zoro made his way back to the locked up in a cage you and soon stood right next to Luffy as both of them inspected the cage.

"We can't open this cage without a key, and the bars are too thick for me to cut through." Zoro tells calmly while Luffy merely nods, both of them understanding that they need to find a key.

Before the two could get onto said task, your previous suspicion proved to be correct as all of a sudden, Buggy's hand, seemingly detached from his body, floated in the air, knife in said hand. Said hand armed with a knife soon made it's way towards Zoro's turned back.

Too late to react, too late to warn, Zoro was stabbed by the knife in the back, the tip of said knife was coming from his front as blood gushed out freely.
