Jungkook could see through the phone screen how uncomfortable Taehyung was feeling, he bluntly stared at the camera as if he was only looking into Jungkook's eyes, as if no one else was there. There was a huge communication gap between them just because of Taehyung.
It has always been Jungkook who always tried to speak it all, sort things out, but Taehyung just stayed silent all the time. After spending 4 years with him, his younger self thought he was the only person who knew Taehyung properly. But he was wrong.
He also couldn't fully understand Taehyung like everyone else. The huge wall between them which he thought he had passed through was still visible there, it was stopping him from getting closer to Taehyung just like everyone.
It's not like Jungkook moved on, even though he was just a teenager when they were friends but his feelings were as strong as those of an adult. What he felt for Taehyung stayed with him until now. His heart still skipped a beat when Taehyung looked into his eyes, held his hand, and tried to convey what his heart felt about him to him.
Everything still meant so much to him. A side of him still died for Taehyung, was still so weak for him. A side of him wanted to hug him so badly, he wanted to tell how badly he had missed him. He went to his house everyday, hoping that Taehyung would be there waiting for him. He waited for him everyday at the train station, hoping Taehyung would come back to the city.
He waited for Taehyung everyday but he never showed up. He never came back to his house, he never came back to the city. But now, after all these years, all of a sudden he showed up. He showed up like nothing happened, he showed up like he never left Jungkook behind.
That day when Taehyung revealed himself to Jungkook, he cried the whole night because he behaved so badly with him. He wanted to slap himself for acting so harshly with him. But he can't help himself when he faces Taehyung, that anger kept in his heart always takes control of himself.
The pain of being betrayed always taunted him. Everything reminded him how he was left behind without a clue. How Taehyung left him leaving no trace of him. All of these didn't let Jungkook's soft side approach Taehyung.
"You..." Taehyung's calm voice made Jungkook come out of his wonderland, his all attention immediately went to Taehyung who was still hesitating to speak up. He saw the boy taking a deep breath, closing his eyes and when he opened them there was no trace of hesitation in them.
"When you approached me for the first time, I knew I was in danger. I knew I would lose myself to you. You held my hand all of a sudden, saved me from bullies.." Taehyung paused as he gulped down his own saliva to wet his dried up throat.
"I always felt pressured with everyone, everyone had some huge expectations from me but with you I felt carefree all the time. You never expected anything from me. You only wanted my time, all my attention. But you never had a clue I had always my eyes on you. You always had my full attention." Taehyung's eyes were as calm as usual but they were saying a lot of things. Everyone could see it through.
"I have been loving you even before I had a clue what love is. Nothing in this world is as important as you. All my time belongs to you, all my attention belongs to only you. I always have my eyes only for you. I am sorry for leaving you behind without a proper explanation. But I'll make it up to you. I'll do everything to gain your forgiveness. I'll do anything to gain your trust." Taehyung kept on talking, not even giving a glance over the comment room where everyone was dying for him.
Those who don't even watch his stream usually were there because everyone was talking about him confessing in the official group. His viewers were almost about to reach a million, but Taehyung didn't have a clue about it. He was too lost to realize whatever was happening.
