Future Events After VCUU FIGHT WITH DREAD
(These don't contain significant spoilers for Odyssey of Valor since they occur after its main plot. These events take place following the "unfinished chapters" of the story that is being written (Odyssey of valor). This may seem a bit confusing, but think of them as happening after the story's earlier events. Once the chapters of Odyssey of Valor are released—or if you've already read them—you'll see how this serves as a continuation.

It was a crisp winter morning in the secluded town of Hollow Pines, located 65 miles north of Valor City. Perched on an island across the ocean, the town had an air of rustic charm, resembling a Wild West settlement frozen in time—except today, it was blanketed in snow.

Winter had arrived in full force, leaving the streets icy and treacherous. Schools were closed for a snow day, and the townsfolk bundled up against the biting cold. Hollow Pines was an unremarkable place, largely forgotten, even by the heroes of VCUU. Along the frigid, saltwater shoreline, crimson eyes glinted beneath the waves.

A figure emerged from the icy waters, his steps heavy as he trudged onto the sand. Ignoring the chaos he caused by crossing the nearby highway, he moved with purpose, unfazed by blaring car horns and angry drivers. His body was battered, marked by bloody cuts and scars—evidence of a recent struggle. This was "Dread," a villain who had recently escaped the clutches of VCUU. An ironic moniker, perhaps, but fitting for someone who had never been given a proper name. Born into a life of gang violence, Hollow Pines felt like a reflection of his past—a perfect sanctuary for someone like him.

As Dread entered the town, his presence was impossible to ignore. Snowy, blood-streaked footprints trailed behind him as he walked past residents smoking on corners and shady figures exchanging illicit goods.

"Hey, you looking for a smoke?" Graves, one of the gang members, called out to the approaching figure, smirking with a dismissive air. He didn't bother recognizing who it was, despite Dread's infamous reputation plastered across countless news broadcasts for his attacks on Valor City. The snow covering Dread's suit made him harder to identify.

Dread stopped, his glowing crimson eyes piercing through the blizzard as he stared back at them in silence.

"Alright, well, if you're not interested, then fuck off," Smog added, stepping up alongside Graves with a sneer.

Instead of continuing on his path, Dread altered his course, heading straight toward the group.

"We've got plenty of goods for sale," Graves said, grinning as the imposing figure closed the distance.

Behind them, Crow and Ripper were distracted, chatting about old stories and past lives, oblivious to the tension growing in the air.

Dread stopped in front of Graves and spoke in a voice as cold and sharp as the winter air. "Where the fuck am I?"
