"WAKE. UP. NOW!" I heard, coming from a source I identified as my older sister. I sat up slowly and stretched my arms.

"Good morning!" I said with a yawn.

She was dressed in a fancy "first day of school" outfit. It was a hot pink blazer that was quarter cut with a white, quarter cut blouse. Dark blue skinny jeans and Toms matching the blazer finished off the outfit. Her black hair was flowing in loose curls around her face. She had no makeup, it was her signature look. To be honest, she didn't need it anyway.

"Hurry up, and wear something nice." She said before strutting away.

I went into my closet and skimmed through my clothes. It's September, so something warm, but not too warm, I thought. I pulled out a white short-sleeved blouse that was paired with bright orange skinny jeans. I applied some mascara and lipgloss, threw on white flats, and went downstairs.

"Belgian waffles or scrambled eggs today?" Larson asked.

"I'll just have a bagel, I'm not that hungry this morning..." I replied.

"Yes ma'am. Right away ma'am!" He yelled, running into the kitchen.

I opened the double-doors leading to the kitchen and looked at Larson.

"How many times do I have to tell you? My name is ALEX, so call me by it!" I said. Larson had this weird habit of calling everyone "miss" or "mister" or "ma'am".

"Fine, ALEXANDRA!" He said, popping a bagel in the toaster. I would prefer it if he called me Alex, but hey, it was an improvement from ma'am. I grabbed myself a French Vanilla Keurig cup and put it into the machine. I pressed start and let it do all of the work.

*AN: I don't own a Keurig, so idk how it works...*

I prefer doing things myself, not being a lazy bum like my sister. She can't do ANYTHING herself. The only thing she CAN do is pick out an outfit.

"LARSON! WHERE ARE MY SCRAMBLED EGGS?!" Maddie screamed.

"Coming miss!" Lars called, putting the eggs on a plate with a fancy glass of simple orange juice.

I looked at the coffee machine to see that my coffee was done. I grabbed the pot and poured it into a reusable cup similar to a Dunkin Donuts coffee cup.

*DING!*

I looked at the toaster to see my bagel cooked to a tasty golden brown.

"Girls, hurry up, you can't be late for school!" Mom called from her room.

I walked out of the kitchen and grabbed my school bag.

"Ugh! Hurry up!" Maddie said, pulling my arm, causing me to drop my bag. I grabbed my bag and she pulled me to the runway.
