One last time, I saw her name on my phone. But I didn’t reach out. I couldn’t.
There was nothing left to say.
The silence between us was final. And maybe that was for the best. She deserved someone whole. Someone who wasn’t afraid to love her the way she needed.
But for me? I had to learn to love myself first. And I wasn’t there yet.
