episode one; will we find them? Pt.1

🌙Catnap's POV🌙

Moving in with y/n wasn't really that bad, though she's pretty annoying. She has a family with her, while we don't know where ours is.

I don't understand how she gets to be with such happy people while we're unlucky..

"Hey, catnap? You good there buddy?" A voice snapped me out of my thoughts, before my head snapped over to where it came from.

It was dogday. And he had a concerned look on his face, before I nodded, and spoke up. "Yeah, I'm Fine. just lost at thought.." I said, as I put my box down on my new bed.

My new bedroom was spacious. Big closet, personal bathroom, and a desk area. A bed in the corner, and LED lights hanging from the walls above the bed. Just the way I liked it.

"Well, you can always talk to me. I'm your best friend, right?" He asked, as he helped me put the boxes up. They were filled with the usual stuff. Clothes, collectables, etc. I didn't really care much about them since they were from maya, a girl that used to be in my class, and used to be my friend. Before she started to be a jerk towards me.

Which I never really understood why.

I put my phone down on the nightstand next to the bed, before sitting down on the mattress, looking around the room for any ideas I could have for my things. Which wasn't really much of a problem, since I'm used to decorating when I get new things.

I just hope that it goes planned..

☀️Dogday's POV☀️

I've known catnap since birth, and since I've known him for this long, I know how he actually is. From what I can tell, he's jealous of her. I can't blame him. She's got a happy family, while we don't know where our parents even are, while she had her parents to stick with.

Though, I can't be mad at her. She offered us to stay here, and insisted. So all we can do is be thankful.

"Anyway, I'm gonna go put my things up. See you later cat." I stated, before I walked out of his room, and walked to my new room. It was comforting, and sunny. Making me feel like I'm at home already.

I started to open up the box, and put my things away. Things like extra blankets, pillows, stuffed animals (yes, he's the kind to have stuffed animals... Like me), etc.

Though, I couldn't help but wonder.. what would it be like if we actually found our parents? We wouldn't have to worry about older problems, and we'd have people to actually be there for us.

But the only information we got was that they were killed, nothing about how, when, or where. Just that they died.

It wasn't long before my thoughts were Interrupted with a knock on the door, and a soft gentle voice coming from it.

"Hey dogday. How are you settling in? I wanted to make sure it's the way you'd like it." A female voice said. I turned around to see y/n standing there, a gentle smile on her face. "Oh, yeah i'm settling in very well! You don't have to worry." I said, as I made my way to the door.

"Well I'm glad. I just wanted to check up on you. Oh, I also got something for you guys." She said, before she pulled an orange little box out from her pocket, and handed it to me. "Now, I know you asked me not to spoil you guys with any gifts, but I couldn't help myself." She said, chuckling a bit.

"Ah, It's fine. Everyone spoils us eventually." I said, before I opened it up, only to see a braclet with my name on it. Little sun charms, orange and yellow beads surpunding it, before I took the braclet out of the box. "Wow. You made this?" I asked, looking up at her.

She nodded gently, a small yet gentle smile on her face. "Yep! I already gave the others and you yours, but I haven't given catnap his yet." She said, before she put her hand on her chin.

"He might still be getting things put up. I'll give it to him for you though." I said, putting the braclet on. It fit nice and snug, perfect for my wrist. Not to tight, and not too lose. "Thank you for that. And by the way, my mom is making dinner, so I'll let you know when it's ready." She said, before she handed me a purple box. Probably for catnap.

nodded gently, before I put the box in my pocket. "Alright. And thanks again for the bracelet." I said, before she nodded, and put her hands in her pockets. "Anytime! Always here for a roomie in need." She said, before she walked off

She is something else...

⚡Hoppy's POV⚡

It was nice of y/n to give us all brackets, and seeing how happy she was when she gave them to us was actually one of the best things that made my day.

I didn't really have much mind for her parents, since I already used to the fact that the rest of us don't.

I had already unpacked my things, and now was just sitting on my bed listening to music, I could hear kickin walking in with a cocky expression on his face. I can all hear that of the way he walks.

"What is it KC?" I asked, opening one eye, and looking at him.

"Oh nothing. Just bored. Wanna play a prank on bubba?" He asked, before he pulled out some tape. I sighed, before shaking my head. "Sorry man, not today." I said, pausing the music and taking my earbuds out.

"aw come on man! We gotta do something! I can't be bored for the rest of the day." he replied back, crossing his arms. Uh oh. Someone's being pouty. "Like I said KC, not today. I'm actually in the mood for doing nothing and just waiting for everyone to finish packing up." I stated, sitting up. I didn't wanna seem like a mean person towards him, even though I am towards almost everyday, I didn't wanna do so.ething reckless on the first day of even being here.

"Hmph. Your no fun." He said, before he walked out of the room. I sighed a bit, before laying back down, and going onto netflix. Bored out of my mind.

Nothing else to do other than read, and watch tv. I can't talk to anyone since everyone is unpacking.. Well, everyone except me.

i sighed a bit, thinking about my new future here in this sweet home. She was kind enough to offer her home to us. I mean, that is something no one else has even considered doing for us.

i'm gratefull..
