Are we just friends?

Chapter 2

Morgie's POV

I woke up at 7:30 and started getting ready for the day. Once I was all set I walked over to Hook's dorm to see if he was ready. This is something we've been doing for the past couple of months. Whichever one of us was ready first would visit the other. For the last 2 weeks it's usually been me. I knocked two times, a few minutes later he opened the door.

"Morning Morgie" he said moving aside so I could walk in.

"Morning Hook" I replied.

"You almost ready to go?" I asked.

"Yeah just gonna put my necklace on and get my bag" he replied.

I went to go sit down at his desk. He was struggling for a minute or so. I mean it couldn't be easy with a hook and a hand.

"Need help?" I asked.

"No I got it, just a bit tricky is all" he replied.

I rolled my eyes.

"Hook just let me help you" I said walking over to him.

"Fine" he replied handing me the necklace.

As I put his necklace on him I thought about how we've never been this close before. I mean sure we normally stand next to each other, especially being Uliana's two right hand men, but for some reason this felt different. I couldn't explain it. Maybe it was because it was just the two of us. But why would that be a problem? We're friends so that shouldn't be making this weird. I pushed the thoughts away and took a step back.

"There you go" I said before I went to grab my bag.

"Thanks" he replied as he walked to his desk to  grab his things.

"Come on I'm sure the others are ready by now" he said.

He was right, Maleficent and Hades were walking to his dorm when we walked out.

"Morning guys" she said.

"Morning" Hook and I replied at the same time.

"You guys ready to go eat?" I asked.

"Yeah let's go" Hades replied.

"Do you think Uli is going to keep talking about her revenge plan?" Hook asked.

"I hope not, her idea is lame" Maleficent replied.

"Don't let her hear you say that" he said.

"Or what, she'll give me a cupcake?" she replied.

We all laughed as we walked to the dining hall. It was almost full when we got there. Anyone else would have to wait in the long line but everyone moved to the side once they saw us. We got our food and went to go sit down at our table. We were talking about our classes when Uliana got there.

"Look who finally arrived" Hook said.

She rolled her eyes.

"Is that bubbly pink princess here?" she asked.

"Over there" I replied pointing to the other side of the room.

"I hate her, she's so annoying" she said.

"Speaking of which did you think of another plan yet?" Hook asked.

"You guys are supposed to do that, my plan is perfect" she replied.

"And how are we supposed to figure out where Merlin is going to keep the sorcerer's cook book?" Hades asked.

"It shouldn't be too difficult, it has to still be in his office if that's where he keeps forbidden things" she replied.
