Who is Gax? And what are his Abilities?

PERSONALITY

Gax is a short-tempered, loud, pompous Overlander and basically an evil scientist who is aggressive, evil, and power-hungry  bombastic, flamboyant villian whose goal is to take over the world and create his own nation, with with mutations and robots known as Gaxvill, ruled by the G.A.X also know as the Giga Armada Xfinity Empire. Originally, this was attempted by imprisoning the human populations inside robot prison to serve his every whim, but now he has a tendency to build the biggest, strongest weapon he can think of, and threaten nations with it. He also has an obsession with "world domination" as he is always mentioning that he will rule the world once he uses his mechanical genius to build weapons to becomes more successful, and doesn't really care as he likes to come up with plans to do so. His plans have always failed however, due to Allen who stands his way he practically has no idea what he can do. gravelly tone, though his voice is naturally higher. He occasionally uses more words than necessary in an overly dramatic, "evil" way. He is so completely less non-threatening that the hazbin crew forget his name half the time. He always gets the best way to conquer the world even if he's going to be stopped by Allen himself.

POWERS AND ABILITIES

Enhanced Intelligence: Gax can out smart his enemies and other obstacles like a testimonial of problems. Not like other humans his brain is like a computer with an IQ of 500. cranium holds an immense brain, giving him massive intelligence that is too high to be measured on a human scale.

Mechanical Engineering: Gax has a talent for designing and building extremely advanced machinery. He is likely to bulid robotic minions and giant death mechanics, with a talent for machinery Gax can easily Manipulate his mechs to do what he wants.

Weapon Mastery: Gax is able to use his inventions and machinery to his advantage. With this knowledge, he has built numerous weapons and devices, such as Ray guns, Remote bombs, Lazer cannons, Fly murder drones and Tanks.

Strength and Durability: Intellect aside, despite the doctor's slim body and little muscle, he is quite physically powerful and durable, having been shown to be strong enough to destroy pillars, cars, and walls of ice with his fist with as much ease as Allen and Troy.

Equipment: Gax has alot of equipment such as, Iron Cannon, Ray gun mark 7, Laser bazooka, Smoke bomb, omnidirectional laser bomb, a Teleportation device, claws, Lightsabers and a Jetpack.

Mutant Genetics: Gax has studied the facts about mutations and matter. He has enough knowledge of genetics as he attempts to create a mutant army around the world.

Mech Suit: His shoddily-made suit of powered battle armor is upgraded into incredible size by Allen's A-Pod.
