Although her injured shoulder, Yumiko stood her ground while fighting.
So how did she end up all injured to death?
Let's begin with when she falls for the missing-nin traps
it was too good to notice the traps at first, and she only did notice them when the papers bomb started exploding
she tried to flicker, but Sasaki made sure to keep Yumiko in her traps range
Yumiko didn't give up and instead did the breakthrough jutsu, decreasing the explosions harm slightly but not entirely.
but still, the explosions weren't the only traps there, Sasaki added some thin threads to stabilize Yumiko which added more wounds to her already severed injured body
when Yumiko had no chance of escaping, Sasaki started inspecting her belongings, searching for the scroll
Yumiko smirked while glaring at the woman ahead of her "it's useless, I have sent a shadow clone to the land of Iron, so unless you don't hurry up the clone will probably reach the destination in a few minutes"
The woman's eyes darkened "fucking brat, I must admit I had some rough time to stabilize you, you really are strong for your age.
Tell me, kid, what's your name?"

Sasaki raised her eyebrow "Just Yumiko? Fine, I'll kill you then catch up to your clone" she glared at her before grabbing her Kunai
before she could do anything, Yumiko cut her off. "I wish to die peacefully, please. I don't want to be stabbed by a kunai. Consider it as my last wish because either way, I'll die from blood loss before the reinforcement arrives" Yumiko said with a calm expression.
In reality, she was on the edge of breaking down and crying because of how terrified she felt.
the woman looked at her blankly for a few moments before shrugging
"Whatever, either way you won't be able to follow me with this state of yours and I sense no one nearby.
Enjoy your last moments Yumiko" she said before flickering away
Sasaki had already emptied Yumiko's belongings, so Yumiko had no Kunais nor shuriken, adding to that she was trapped in many thin invisible threads in a standing position
they had a metallic grip on her, so if she tried moving an inch, her wounds would only worsen.
That meant one thing to Sasaki: Yumiko would undoubtedly die after a few minutes or so with how much blood she was losing each second.
Yumiko let a shaky breath after the woman left
