Narration by Ms Felicia Ada

November 27, 1928

We walked to the pub and went inside.

"Excuse me," said Margaret, "My sister and I are musicians. Would you be interested in hiring us?"

"Yes," said the bartender, "you're hired. Can you play tonight?"

"Yes," she said, "of course. When should we be here?"

"8:00pm," he said, "Is that okay?"

"Perfect," she said.

"Thanks," said the bartender.

"Alright," I said, "we will see you later."

"Great," said the bartender, "See you later."

We left the pub and went back to our room.

"Well," I said, "It's a gig. We should practice a bit."

"Yeah," said Margaret, "let's practice."

We both practiced for a few hours and then took a break.

"Hey," I said, "Why don't we go to the bar early and have a drink?"

"Good idea," she said, "Let's go."

We walked down the street to the pub.

"Hello," I said, "is the bar open?"

"Yes," said the bartender, "please, come in."

We sat down at the bar and ordered a drink.

"So," he said, "What kind of music do you play?"

"Mostly folk songs," said Margaret, "And a few other genres. We play both guitars."

"That's great," he said, "How about a song?"

"Okay," I said.

We played a song.

The people in the pub seemed to like it.

"Wow," he said, "that was amazing. Can you do another?"

"Of course," she said.

We played a few more songs.

Everyone was enjoying themselves.

"Thank you," he said, "You are fantastic. Can you come back tomorrow?"

"Sure," she said, "We would love to. How does 6:00 sound?"

"Great," he said, "See you then."

As we left the pub, I noticed Margaret's red eyes glowing.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing," she said, "I'm just a little hungry. Maybe we should go for a quick bite."

"Sure," I said, "let's go."

We walked down a dark alley, looking for a victim.

I began to get excited at the thought of hunting and feeding.

I felt my shout growing and my body got itchy.

"Felicia! You're transforming! What's got you angry?"

My body became hairy, and I fell to the ground.

I felt my hands turning into paws.

"Felicia! What made you angry?!"

The werewolf transformation was complete.

"Nothing Margaret, I feel so excite! Let's find a victim. Please, let's find a victim. Let's go. We must feed."

Margaret's fingernails grew long and sharp.

Her canine teeth grew large, she was ready to feed!

I howled.

The werewolf and the vampire were ready to strike!

"Yes," she said, "Let's go."

We both ran down the alley, looking for a victim.

After a while, we came upon a drunk man.

He was walking alone.

"There's a victim," said Margaret, "Come on, let's go."

We quietly snuck up behind the man.

"Got you," she said.

She grabbed him from behind.

He struggled, but was no match for the vampire.

Margaret sank her teeth into the man's neck.

He screamed.

"That's it," she said, "Scream louder."

I howled as I leapt at the man.

I sank my teeth into his chest.

"Ahhhh!" He screamed.

Margaret continued to suck the man's blood.

He was becoming weak.

"Ahhh," he moaned, "No, please, stop."

I ripped the man's flesh apart and swallowed the bloody meat.

"Sorry, nothing personal. Just that you got caught in a feeding frenzy. I promise it will be over soon."

Margaret finished feeding and dropped the body.

"That was fun," she said, "Come on, let's get out of here."

We both changed back into our human forms.

"You were right," said Margaret, "that was fun. Let's go."

We both left the alley and headed back to our room.

"Wow," I said, "I can't believe we just did that. That was amazing. I feel so alive."

"Me too," she said, "But we must be careful. We can't let anyone find out what we are."

"Oh Margaret," I sighed, "I hate being on the run. We can never stay in a town too long. The longer we are there, the greater the chance of people finding out about us. I just want to have a home, and not have to worry about keeping secrets. And to keep living, we must hunt and kill people."

"I know," she said, "We will find a way to make it work. But in the meantime, let's go to bed."

"Okay," I said, "come on, let's go."

We both crawled into the coffin.

"Goodnight," she said as she gave me a kiss.

"Goodnight," I said.

The rest of the evening was spent cuddling and snuggling.

"I love you," I said.

"I love you too," she said.
