Jin (Cardiologist, 36): Known for his calm demeanor and steady hands, Jin is a renowned cardiologist whose priority is always his patients' well-being. However, Jin carries the hidden weight of a past relationship that left him emotionally scarred, and although he seems to have moved on, it has left him guarded and wary of love. Unbeknownst to him, Namjoon secretly harbors deep feelings for him, though he hasn’t dared to confess.

Yoongi (Neurologist, 36): Yoongi is a quiet and introspective neurologist who finds solace in the structured nature of his work. He connects deeply with his patients, especially those with degenerative conditions, as he sees a reflection of his own emotional struggles. Yoongi and Jimin have an unspoken spark, but both are so absorbed in their own pain that they haven’t pursued it, seeing it as a fleeting moment rather than a real possibility.

Namjoon (Psychiatrist, 35): Empathetic and perceptive, Namjoon is a talented psychiatrist who often finds himself as the emotional support system for his friends. The challenges of balancing a demanding job with a relationship that feels increasingly strained weigh on him daily.

Jimin (Oncologist, 34): Jimin’s warmth and tenderness shine through as an oncologist who works closely with terminal patients. Though he is beloved by his patients, he hides a deep loneliness and a fear of commitment. There’s an undeniable tension between him and Yoongi, but both are too tangled in their emotional baggage to acknowledge it.

Taehyung (Gynecologist, 34): With his easygoing charm and understanding nature, Taehyung is a favorite among both his patients and colleagues. Though he seems carefree, Taehyung has a hidden affection for Jungkook, sensing a softer heart behind Jungkook’s cold exterior. He longs to understand the reasons for Jungkook’s reserve but respects his boundaries, waiting for him to open up.

Jungkook (Pediatrician, 33): Jungkook is the son of Yunhe Hospital’s owners, but he’s never disclosed this to his friends, preferring to be judged for his own merit. His choice to become a pediatrician stems from a tragic incident in his childhood when he lost his baby sister. Behind his cold, professional exterior, he carries deep empathy and a lingering attraction for Taehyung, who seems to see past his walls.
