I was hanging out with Elli and Tyler at lunch, it was just us.  We had eventually told Tyler about Ryan, and he came to accept it. Lucky me, only Ryan knew. And Luca, but that's besides the point. Ryan wasn't in today. Infact, he hasn't been in for the past week or so.

"Wondering why Ryan isn't in again." Tyler said.

"Not caring." I replied.

"Caring, he's adorable!" Elli said.

"You have a BOYFRIEND WHO YOU LIVE WITH!"

"I can look, Jeez." She said, sighing.

"Look at who? Me?" A voice said from behind us.

I turned my head to look at Ryan. He looked beat up. He had a black eye, scratches all over his arms, and rope burn on his wrists and neck.

"Nevermind, I'll go back to looking at my boyfriend thankyou." Elli said, looking back at her food.

"Whoopee, it's back." I said.

The only empty seat was next to me. "You dare sit next to me and I will give you another black eye."

This was fun.

"I'll take out your contacts." He said, smirking.

"You dare..."

"Wait, you have contacts?" Tyler asked. I ignored him.

"Colour contacts, actually. Her normal eye colour is blue, and not just any blue, the same blue that I have, the spots as well." Ryan said smirking.

"What the hell? You've been hiding this from us? How come Ryan has to tell us?" Elli asked.

I got up and walked off.

I heard a few girly screams from the girls in the canteen after I'd left. I looked through the windows, and heard a sort of 'awe' sound from everyone. Ryan looked like the 'sparkly turd' he thought he looked like, and bowed.

"How can he do that?" I say, gasping.

"I'll walk around school like this now then!" he shouted. Everyone just stared.

So did I. I walked back in and dragged him by the arm with me out of the canteen doors.

"What is your problem?" I asked, staring at him.

"You, Tyler and Elli know, why can't everyone?" He said.

"You don't understand humans like I do. They can be untrustworthy, they can be scared of you. They could tell the police."

"What should I have done then?"

"Nothing. Fuck all. Whatever, you don't care."

I turned my back toward him.

I hit my head against the wall.

"How could you even think about doing something like that, Ryan?"

"I couldn't think straight."

"That's your excuse for fucking everything. Think straight this, think straight that. What are you doing then, thinkin' fucking bent?"

"I admire the joke, but Violet, in all honesty, I literally did think 'bent' as you would say."

He touched my shoulder lightly, and then stroked my neck.  Ryan flicked his hand back, realising what he was doing. I turned back around to face him.  He slowly put his hand on my cheek.

I slapped him.

"What in fucks name do you think you're doing?" I ask.

He flinched his hand back again.

"I find the angry version of you extremely hot." He said, smirking.

"What?"

Douchebag.

"Truth." He said.

I kicked him in the crotch.

"I'm not lying Viol- Jeez that hurts." He said, crouched over, cupping his jewels.

"Desperate."

"That's why I constantly piss you off."

"Nah, you just like getting boners. HA." I say, smirking.

"What- no! That's my brother's job."

"I'm definitely moving in Astronomy and English to ANYWHERE else in the class."

"Can't. No seats left in either lesson."

"Bastard."

"Bastard that finds angry Violet extremely hot."

I folded my arms and glared at him angrily. He smirked again.

"You do realise that I was lying." Ryan said. I slapped him again.
