Continue from last chapter .....
They all reached the circus in two different cars .
"Namjoon hyung you , Jin hyung and jimin should go look for the symbol on the makeup mirror " Tae spoke up .
"Me ,koo and hobi will go to the fitting room to look for clues. "
All of them agreed and ran to the specified places .
As soon as they reached the fitting room they started to look around for the moon symbol .
They checked everywhere but couldn't find it .
"Ugh where is it?" They all groaned .
Taes eyes scanned the room desperately. suddenly his gaze locked onto the wall art . He stepped closer his heart racing .
Koo approached him , curiosity etched on his face.
"Tae why did you stop ?"
Taes fingers traced the wall art his mind reeling .
"This ......this is it . The same symbol from silas's journal ."
Hobis eyes widened " the Cresent moon" .
Tar nodded his voice barely upon a whisper " its hidden...in plain sight "
His eyes rover over the artwork , looking for more clues .
His mind pieced together the clues .
"This is not just a symbol " Tae said his voice filled with conviction.
"It's a message " .
Koos grip on his arm tightened
"What do you think it means?"
Tae's gaze lingered on the symbol his mind racing " I think silas was upto something which The Kim family.......my ancestors would stop at nothing to keep hidden " .
Determination hardened tae's jaw
"We need to find the truth ".
"Tae , kook , hobi did you find something?" A frantic voice of Namjoon could be heard.
"Yes hyung , here " Kook spoke pointing towards the wall tapestry.
The three looked at the wall and their eyes widened in realization.
"It's exactly the same " they whispered .
"Same as what ?" Hobi asked them .
"See, we found this in the makeup room " Jin showed them a pouch , pointing at the zipper .
On it the same design was carved .
"But this zipper was newly brought , how can this symbol appear there ?" koo questioned noone in particular.
All of them stood there in dismay and confusion .
"Tae , all this connects with your family The Kim family .
By any chance while growing up did you feel something was off?" Namjoon enquired carefully .
"No hyung . All this is so new to me . Nothing like this ever happened. " Tae whined desperately.
"Tae if you don't mind me asking , where are your parents ?" Jin asked carefully.
Tae took a pause , as if fighting an internal turmoil but then he took a deep breath and began .
His eyes gazed out of the window as he recalled the painful memories.
Flashback 15 year old Tae
Tae clung to his parents trembling " don't go please dad , mom where are you going ?"
His mother's tears and his fathers strained smile haunted him .
"We have to go taebaby .take care of yourself " his mother said her voice cracking .
Taes confusion turned to despair .
"But why where are you going ?"
His father's whispered goodbye sent chills down his spine .
"We will always love you Tae, remember the shadows in the night "
Taes parents vanished into the darkness leaving him alone.
Taes eyes snapped back to tye present. He rubbed his eyes , erasing the tears .
Koo hugged him providing silent support . While the others felt emotional listening to the heart wrenching story .
"But where did they disappear?" Jimin asked.
"I don't know chim , I looked for them everywhere but it was like as if they were dead " . Tae whispered.
All the other hyungs decided not to press the matter more .
"Anyways , let's go home , it's lunch time " Jin suggested and all of them agreed .

After having lunch ,
"We can't sit like this , we need to find something " namjoon started .
"Whosoever sent this diary , clearly was giving us a clue "
"Yeah but what is it ?" Hobi groaned.
"I am sure its something related to the moon and the journal " jimin said .
"Chim, let's read the journal again" koo Said and they all started to look at the journal for more clues while hobi was turning the pages of an ancient book of his ancestors .
All the while Tae didn't say anything.
He sat there .
Quiet .
In his thoughts .
Suddenly , something inside him told him to go to his room .
He didn't even recognize when his legs stood up and he started walking in the direction of his room .
Kook had noticed Tae going to their room so he called him out.
"Tae where are you going ?" He asked loudly but got no response in return .
This time he asked louder
"Tae "
Again no response.
Kook was confused . Everybody was looking at them now .
Kook looked at Everyone with a confused and a worried gaze .
"Guys , we need to go check on him . He never ignores him , ever "
All of them agreed and went behind Tae.
Meanwhile with tae .
His eyes glazed over , mind unfocused as he entered in his room . He sat at the desk , pen in hands as his thoughts wondered . Suddenly his hands twitched moving on its own .
At first scribbles covered the paper - chaotic lines and curves .
But then words began to form --
"The Cresent moons gentle curve, hold secrets , ancient and pure.
Three steps forward, three steps back ,
Unlock the code , the truth to Crack " .
Tae's eyes snapped open he stared at the paper in awe .
Everyone stood at the back looking at him in frenzy.
When they entered the room they saw Tae scribbling something at the paper , sure they were really frightened and scared. But when the scribbles turned into actual words they got more confused then scared.
"Tae what's this ? Are you fine ?" Kook asked worriedly .
"This changes everything, it's our clue " . He said .
