Victory's embrace 🪄

Let's rewind a little .

When suddenly a loud howl resonated through the forest . Tae , startled slipped and almost fell over the edge .

Yoongi who was following them throughout looked at Tae with worry and concern evident in his eyes .

Kook , panicked suddenly shouted " my stone "  .

Tae diverted his gaze from yoongi and  looked at kook only to see his eyes fixed on the stone .

Jungkook didn't care for him but only was concerned for the stone .

And at that moment everything clicked .

Taes eyes widened in realization and in a swift motion he threw the stone at yoongi who caught it with ease and balanced himself .

Kook after seeing what happened shouted " no Tae you fool , why did you threw it at him " .

Yoongi who was already aware of everything didn't flinch or act shocked.  Jungkook moved forward and tried to take the stone back from yoongi but Tae held him from the back.

"Where are you going , Jungkook? Or should I say the Patron ?" Tae said and jungkook looked like a deer caught in headlights .

Kook was about to punch Tae on the face when yoongi interwened and held kook tightly caging him in his arms as he gave the stone back to Tae .

Tae without wasting another minute smashed the stone loudly on the ground,  breaking it into a million small pieces .

Kook screamed with all his might . He screamed till his lungs started to burn but then stopped and fell to the ground.

Tae with his teary eyes went to him and kept his head in his lap slowly shaking him .

He looked over at yoongi who looked at him with an unknown emotion .

Yoongi understood that Tae needs an explanation and began explaining .

"It was never my intention to hurt you . Infact I was never jealous of you or your achievements.  It was all Patron , he was controlling me . He wanted me to make you his puppet but Alas he couldn't succeed . When you stabbed him in the neck , I was finally released from my own mind prison . I knew the devil won't give up so easily and will try to influence someone again . So I followed you through the shadows providing silent potrection " yoongi spoke with his usual cold and aloof tone but Tae could sense the underlying love.

Tae gave a slight smile to yoongi and reassured " Hyung , it's okay . I get it , I am just glad that you are back ."

Yoongi gave a cute gummy smile in return and asked " how did you get to know that it's the Patron controlling jungkook ?"

"LOVE hyung , love .
Initially in the plane everything felt normal and same but I had this weird feeling inside me . Usually when I look  into Koos eyes I see love and warmth but now it was cold and empty . Not to forget the fact that the devil Bible was written in Italain and koo doesn't know italaian . I had missed this fact before but when right now I was on the verge of death Jungkook didn't care about me , his whole attention was on the stone .At that moment I knew something was wrong.  All this confirmed my seed of doubt "
Tae replied softly still caressing jungkooks hair .

"Hyung why isn't he waking up ?" Tae asked .

"It's okay Tae relax , the impact of the Patron is not light . He will wake up in few min " .

As on cue , jungkook started to stir in his sleep and slowly opened his eyes .

He abruptly stood up from Taes lap and started to look around in frenzy . When his eyes landed on Taes he immediately started to blabber incoherent words
"Tae , that wasn't me , it was the devil . U destroyed the stone right? Are you fine ? Are you hurt ?"

"Shhh , baby everything's over now calm down " Tae said softly .

"We won ?" Kook asked in a tiny voice .

"Yes " Tae replied in a tiny voice .

Kook heaved a heavy sigh and  suddenly hugged Tae .

They both stayed there for a few moments in each others warmth .

A few days have passed since the tragic incident .

Taekook told everyone what had happened and everybody had mixed reactions to the revelation.

After thinking alot Tae decided to stop the circus business and sell his old mansion .

Both Taekook wanted to stay in a new small home . They wanted to start their life with a bank canvas, leaving the bygones behind .

Tae invested in a company and started his own startup , kook on the other hand became a stay at home wifeyy .

Jimin and yoongi became a couple . The feelings jimin had buried resurfaced when the truth came out and now they couldn't be happier and grateful .

Tae and kook stepped into their new house for the first time today and the big smiles on their face clearly showed that

They can't wait to turn this house into a warm loving home .

They spent the day unpacking , laughter filling the rooms as they rediscovered treasured belongings. 
As the sun set , both of them stood in each others warmth enjoying the tranquility.

Tae wrapped his arms around kook pulling him closer as he whispered in koo's ears

"We did it "

His voice was barely above a whisper .

" We made it home "
