I'm driving fast like a madman.
At one point I turn sharply to the right and continue driving as if I were a criminal being chased by the police.I manage to get to the hospital and carry her in holding her firmly in my arms.
She's tiny compared to me,
but it fits perfectly into my arms.I storm into the hospital and head straight into the red emergency department.
I stop the first doctor I see and tell him to find someone who can save my Eva.
Terrified, he immediately calls another doctor who takes her away from me and puts her on a bed.
I follow him.
He tries to leave me behind but I adamantly refuse to abandon her.
Scared, he agrees to leave me there.
I refuse to leave her alone even in the operating room.
I'm staying with her.
The doctors give me a shirt, shoe covers, a mask, gloves and other things so as not to contaminate the operating room.
I reluctantly put them on, despite my hatred for doctors (they all look like assholes) I can't deny that (some) know how to do their job
I stayed there for hours.
To hold her hand.
I caressed her gently and whispered kind words.I think the doctors were considering stabbing me with a scalpel.
After hours of agony they finally take her to another room.
It's there
his life hanging by a thread
literallyI stayed with her until dawn.
Until the next morning. When my brothers arrived.
